Everyone at Cunningham was polite and professional even though I badgered Ashley over numerous details with several E mails. I finally connected with Jennifer and scheduled two service calls at an agreeable date and time. 1. The first visit was to fill the tank and Ron took care of that nicely even though the tank only needed a very minimal fill. 2. The second visit was from Lewis who was going to replace the gauge face, but after a brief discussion he pointed out that my gauge was most likely just fine mainly because Ron could only get about one gallon into the tank. After that, I apologized extensively to both Ron and Lewis for wasting their time but both were very understanding and there was no charge for either visit and the gauge is apparently ok. I was also pleasantly surprised that Cunningham does HVAC work and not just propane. I have a firm loyalty to companies that can meet all of my needs and maintain a high standard of ethics, and Cunningham is exactly that company! ...I only wish they could service my stand by Generac as well. So, when a tree fell during the hurricane and ruined my existing grill, I was at quite a loss. I do have a gas range inside, but without power, my gas oven will not work. Plus, I like to use my grill for an oven, too. The week after Beryl moved through here, I went to Cunningham to get a replacement grill. Because they keep such great records, they knew exactly which grill I had installed just 2 years ago, and I'm so thankful they had a new one in stock. And, believe it or not, they came out and installed it that afternoon! Now I could really cook! And cook I do on that grill, which is a big made-in-the-USA model. I moved into my new home about 4 months ago. The house needed a lot of work. I had someone come out last week to clean the fireplaces and get them running. I did not want to run them until that had been done. The previous tenants did not take care of the house and I wanted to make sure everything was safe to use. The other company could not figure out how light the fireplaces and stated that the pilot system was broken. That I needed to call a repair man. I found USA Supreme Services on Yelp and set an appointment. Tom arrived within 30 mins of calling on my appointment day. He saw the fireplace and got to work. Within 4 minutes he said come enjoy your fire. I said what? I was expecting new parts, repair, etc. Nope. He said it was an older unit and he knew how to get it running. I now have a warm living room. I then said well if you can do that then can you look at the other one. The gas knob was stuck inside of the wall and I did not want to break it. He got it turned and boom we have fire! Best money ever spent. Super happy with the service, the timeliness of the appointment and Tom was super personable and friendly. Will definitely use them again! Excited to check out their showroom to see what upgrades I can do to the house soon!
