I moved into my new home about 4 months ago. The house needed a lot of work. I had someone come out last week to clean the fireplaces and get them running. I did not want to run them until that had been done. The previous tenants did not take care of the house and I wanted to make sure everything was safe to use. The other company could not figure out how light the fireplaces and stated that the pilot system was broken. That I needed to call a repair man. I found USA Supreme Services on Yelp and set an appointment. Tom arrived within 30 mins of calling on my appointment day. He saw the fireplace and got to work. Within 4 minutes he said come enjoy your fire. I said what? I was expecting new parts, repair, etc. Nope. He said it was an older unit and he knew how to get it running. I now have a warm living room. I then said well if you can do that then can you look at the other one. The gas knob was stuck inside of the wall and I did not want to break it. He got it turned and boom we have fire! Best money ever spent. Super happy with the service, the timeliness of the appointment and Tom was super personable and friendly. Will definitely use them again! Excited to check out their showroom to see what upgrades I can do to the house soon!

This company stands behind its work. Hard to be objective on this one. Several years ago, I spent an entire day getting my grill cleaned up & shiny. This year, I thought I'd let the pros handle the job. The technician was a friendly fellow ... and worked for several hours. All the visible surfaces (both body & grill) were cleaned. But the under side of the grate were still coated with blackened crust With their steam cleaning process, I would have thought both sides of the grate would have come out sparkling. Same with the warmer rack. I was also under the impression some repairs could be made ... replace burners, ignitions and the like. But my technician said he didn't do that stuff. So, I had to call Weber, get the parts and install a new manifold, burners & igniter. Not difficult, but I really wanted to pass on the chore to a pro. The tech cleaned up the patio, made sure there were no stains on the deck and left everything in its place. In the end, I have a relatively clean grill - far cleaner than what it had been. Just not quite as spotless as I had been able to accomplish a few years back.

There was no way I could clean the grill like this on my own in under 3 hours. Josh, came to service our grill. He had an amazing demeanor and worked diligently to clean up our mess. I was also impressed with the customer service on the admin side. The ability to communicate with the team was easy, they were straightforward about pricing, and made payment efficient. We will be calling on them again in the near future. My only regret is not having before pictures.

Had they charged $150 for the work (about two hours worth at the most), I would not be writing this review. But, for $340 (basically a 1/4 of the value), I expect close to perfection. I was not here when the job was completed. So, I will assume they pulled out the innards of the grill to clean and make sure it worked - but it has been working without any issues. They did do a great job with the grates. Also, I know that the inside compartment where the propane tank was in was dirty and they did a good job with it. However, the cleaning job itself left a lot to be desired. The owner of the company scheduled us in the same week. Here are some pictures. Putting the good ones first. The others show streaking, not fully cleaned areas and one dirty tray.
