Man I am still in shock! Tom came and knocked my appointment out in less than 5 minutes. Was able to get both of my 1970 built fireplaces going easily. So happy! I moved into my new home about 4 months ago. The house needed a lot of work. I had someone come out last week to clean the fireplaces and get them running. I did not want to run them until that had been done. The previous tenants did not take care of the house and I wanted to make sure everything was safe to use. The other company could not figure out how light the fireplaces and stated that the pilot system was broken. That I needed to call a repair man. I found USA Supreme Services on Yelp and set an appointment. Tom arrived within 30 mins of calling on my appointment day. He saw the fireplace and got to work. Within 4 minutes he said come enjoy your fire. I said what? I was expecting new parts, repair, etc. Nope. He said it was an older unit and he knew how to get it running. I now have a warm living room. I then said well if you can do that then can you look at the other one. The gas knob was stuck inside of the wall and I did not want to break it. He got it turned and boom we have fire! Best money ever spent. Super happy with the service, the timeliness of the appointment and Tom was super personable and friendly. Will definitely use them again! Excited to check out their showroom to see what upgrades I can do to the house soon! read more

USA Supreme Services came out to troubleshoot my fireplace in Jan 2024. The pilot and main flame would flame out after 30 - 60 minutes. With very little troubleshooting or diagnosis, the technician quickly determined that the issue was a faulty control valve. He proposed a complete change-out of the valve and pilot assembly and quoted $1600 for the work. This was on top of the $199 service fee which I was already obligated to pay. Since we do not use the fireplace often, I decided to post-pone the work and seek another opinion. Just by chance, our handyman is a retired industrial food preparation repairman and has a lot of experience with repairing fired equipment. He correctly diagnosed the issue as being a faulty thermopile which he replaced. Total cost was cheaper than the service fee I had paid to USA Supreme Services. Needless to say I am very disappointed by the quality of support I received from USA Supreme Services and caution against their use to others. Luckily I am only out $200 and not the extra $1600 that they proposed. I give two stars because the technician was very polite and friendly. But I would have preferred a correct diagnosis for a $200 charge. read more

Service tech was great, quick, super competent, and knowledgeable. Only problem was when I made my appointment for two weeks out, they forgot to then place my appointment on the calendar for the technician. They did reschedule me for three days later. They were supposed to give me 15% off for the inconvenience, but they didn't tell the tech. I will follow up with them after Thanksgiving. read more

We called to have them come out to fix our remote gas fireplace and they were able to come out the following day to fix it! They gave a time window and called 40 minutes out from arriving which I appreciate. I was curious if they were able to fix the fireplace on this day or have to come back another day after seeing the issue but they were able to fix the fireplace within 20 minutes with a new remote and base! They even cleaned out underneath the fireplace and the glass window. We highly recommend using them! read more

My gas logs were not working. It took Tom about 5 minutes to fix. He was on time and a very nice guy.

If there were a way to give 10 stars, I would. We were out of town for a while and came home to find the AC dead. We had an emergency repair from another company that said we'd probably be needing to replace the AC soon. I called USA Supreme Services to see about an estimate for insulation - they were the quickest to send out someone to take a look. Tom arrived promptly, was incredibly friendly, and quickly assessed our system. We intended to get a few bids, but I immediately appreciated Tom's knowledge and candor. Shortly after Tom left, the AC died beyond repair. Tom and I texted back and forth and by the end of the day, we had a competitive bid for duct work, insulation, and AC replacement. The crew was there the next morning just before 9. They were the nicest team - they worked for 12 hours; once we saw the before/after of the attic...I can honestly say I can't believe that we'd been living with the old system. Tom came the next day to assess the work and the crew finished the insulation. If you need ANYTHING repaired/replaced/installed related to your system...this is the only place you need to call. read more

Last year, I had used USA Supreme Air and they did a fantastic job!! They even pointed out a few things I didn't know. Did you know your air ducts collect an average of forty pounds, yes, I said it, 40 pounds, of dust every year?! I certainly didn't. After this Covid pandemic, I decided to call them again, it was about time anyway. Just as I remembered, very punctual and came out same day again for me. My technician, Tomer, was the same guy who came last time and he remembered me! He even asked about things I had mentioned last year! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, timely and professional service. Very low employee turn around, I got the same tech a year later. Also all of the technician's wore masks the entire time. I can breathe easier now, knowing all of the contaminants and build up from this past year are gone and out of my house!! read more

The only positive about this company is they had a next day appointment and were $30 less than the other company we usually use to evaluate our gas fireplace. I should've taken these signs as red flags. The guy that came out arrived and we described the issue with the fireplace. We have had the same issue in the past and knew what was likely wrong with it. He looked at the equipment, without manipulating anything, and told us exactly what we knew. He said replacement would be $700. He was at our home maybe 15 minutes, and still charged us the $150+ "assessment fee". He said if we wanted it fixed he would have to come back another day. We ended up calling the other company that we have used in the past and they replaced the piece for $120 and did not charge us the assessment fee. I was excited to use a company local to our neighborhood, but was left very disappointed. I would definitely not use them or recommend their services. read more

I found USA Supreme on Angie's List and after seeing all their good reviews I decided to hire them. They came to replace my ducts. They did an amazing job, very professional, and informative. The hauled off all the trash and cleaned up very well. They were even considerate of my animals in the home. I always worry when people work in my home because I have three small dogs. If I could give them zero stars I would. Their yelp rating was so bad that they started a new page all together. Where to start? I am not one for writing reviews but I figured their work was so horrible that I have to. We had used them in the past to do air duct cleaning and mold removal, that part of their service was prompt and affordable. But less than a year later we started developing more mold, despite the assurances that they had removed all of it, and had put a UV light in to decrease mold build up. Since we had used them in the past we brought them in to do a leak repair post Harvey. Worst decision of our lives! They completely trashed our house, charged us double for paint ordered things that we didn't need, threw away crown molding that we needed, broke part of my kitchen cabinet...I could go on forever! The mess was unreal! Needless to say we didn't let them finish the job. We lost a huge deposit and are now having to pay 2x the amount of the original job to have their work fixed. During these repairs we have discovered cut wires in the walls that they spliced with MASKING TAPE!!!! I'm amazed that my house didn't burn down. They were the worst home improvement experience I have EVER had. Please, please, please save yourself the headache and the waste of money and never ever ever use this company! One of the most amazing parts of this whole thing? During the time that they were actually working on the house, he stoped taking my calls. He told my husband he "didn't want to deal with me, because I was mad at him and bitching." The most unprofessional, worst worker ever. They also replaced our crown molding with crown that was a couple inches wider, hung our door crooked and broke my home alarm. It was okay, i asked for dryer vent repair and the owner told me he charges $99 then he said i wont charge and i will fix the problem. my story was that someone else came and cleaned the vent but was still clogged so i call this guy he said was the owner. he came and he just clean the top of the vent in the attic he didnt take more than 10 minutes in there, then he tells me i owed him $150. i didnt like that i was not expecting that price for such a little time he spent, he wasn't honest ABOUT the price upfront. i wouldnt use him anymore. read more
