    I have nothing but great things to say about Natalie!…read more I have bounced back and forth between binge eating and extreme dieting for most of my adult life. When I found Natalie, I had just come off a round of extreme dieting and was looking for a more balanced look at nutrition. I had heard of Intuitive Eating in the past but had sort of dismissed it because as I told Natalie on our first call: "Clearly, your intuition is telling me to eat different things than my intuition." I worked with Natalie for about 6 months and I can say for a fact that the person I was when I met her and the person I am now are two completely different people (in the best way). I'm still a work in progress and probably always will be, but I can say with absolute certainty that I'm a better version of myself than before I met Natalie. If you have been struggling with food, if you've never experienced a life where food didn't rule you in one way or another and are reading this, I highly encourage you to reach out to Natalie. She is the most non-judgmental of humans and you will immediately feel at ease in her (virtual) presence.

    So.... can I just start by saying that I have tried EVERY diet imaginable and have always gained…read moreweight on diets. I even managed to be at my fattest when did Raw vegan. I started this plan. A month and a half ago and have been really excited about the results. First three days were challenging adjusting to mostly liquids but they taste great and are filled with proteins which kills the cravings. A super fun team holds me accountable with weekly weigh-ins and good advice. They even tailor the regimen to my specific needs. I am shocked at the rapid weight loss that I've kept off. I really am still in shock. My clothes look and feel great and I'm so happy now. I can't recommend this program enough. Now maybe I'll get that guy... :)

    I tried this during Covid thinking it would be good to get in to the habit of eating healthy and…read morelose weight. My goal was 40lbs and so they signed me up for 10 weeks. The first 10 days-2 weeks I was jsut exhaused. I like to work out and swim and run and bike but with Covid I was only bale to run and bike, but I was always so tired. It wasn't unitl I added carbs in to the meals they gave me that I was able to actually to run more then a few miles without feeling wiped, They said I would be tired for the first few days, but I never adjusted. After the 10 weeks I was only down about 16lbs, which isn't bad, but I was lead to believe I would be down where I wanted after 10 weeks. They did give me one week of meals for free, but there wasn't anything after time was up. Since I didn't have their meals to eat I went back to what I knew and the weight has come back. Save yourself the money and learn how to work out and eat healty it will treat you better in the long run.
