This plan doesn't force you to spend time in-office listening to "hypnosis tapes" as some competing plans apparently do. The start-up cost and the weekly cost of IP is lower than some other competing plans apparently are. The staff at this Bellevue office was super helpful and always cheerful. One rep even told me she couldn't cancel it for me AFTER it was already cancelled by her colleague. I was called 6 times and texted multiple times in one day AFTER being told it was cancelled. They wouldn't let up - they kept asking if I wanted to schedule even though I clearly said I wanted to cancel. I even asked to be put on the do not call list and they wouldn't oblige. They continued calling me and texting me even though I clearly expressed not wanting to be contacted. They finally stopped when I asked for the Yelp page.... Interesting. Stay away!!
