      Deep scratch that wasn't here when I arrived.

      This business damaged my rim and won't own up to it. I respectively approached the owner and he automatically denied the claim without question. I've been patronizing this business for years and to be treated this way is appalling. Not worth taking to small claims court. I'll repair it myself and will never return to this business again. I'll just leave a WARNING review.

      Fresh from Sparkle, but I still see milk spots on the seats even though I paid an extra $5 for interior dressing. Oh well...

      Sparkle is adequate... The laborers are really nice and the receptionist is pretty funny; but... One pays for service, not congeniality. Because I have a very "active" toddler, I usually pay $5 extra for interior dressing but usually have to gently complain that the workers did little more than wipe around Tam's gunk. The owner is always very amicable and sometimes will re-do the job himself. I prefer Wash Works on Howard St, but will stop at Sparkle when Over West & my car makes me itch from runaway raisins, escaped Goldfish and spilled milky juice cocktails

      This is what I got for my visit, a broken shifter. The workers lied about breaking it and the owner told me it comes with the territory.

      Avoid this place at all costs. I went in to get a car wash and when my car was given back to me with the fear shift knob snapped off. Obviously someone did not know how to use a column shift. I spoke to the owner and he said, it is necessary to move our cars to wash and that he is not going to do anything about my repair. I cannot imagine the amount of force that was exerted to break a plastic handle that is 1/2 inch thick. As you can see in the other reviews, there service is very shoddy, and the owner will argue with you about taking care of things. I recommend going to a place that offers hand washes or just simply fill up your tank and use the machine at your local filling station, but do not go here.

      Quick service. I have to give them a 2 for poor a wash n dry. I am pretty specific when it comes to having my car cleaned. When a place says wash n dry I expect both to be done with no issues because they specialize in this. This was not the case at the carwash. The automatic wash did not cover areas of my side windows and back window. The hand dry was poorly done. Both side mirrors were spotted with water and my back window as well. For the price of a basic wash I can't complain to much.

This was my first visit to the Canton location. As soon as I arrived, I was encouraged to sign up for a membership. I explained that I was a first-time customer and simply wanted the highest-level service available for a walk-in, non-member. I understood that a full detail required an appointment, so I purchased their premium same-day package for my Porsche Macan. After waiting approximately 1.5 hours, my vehicle was returned with all four wheels still visibly dirty. They weren't just imperfect--they appeared to have been completely missed. I pointed this out before leaving, and the employee immediately grabbed a towel and cleaning solution to wipe them down himself. That alone told me the vehicle should never have been presented as "finished." It didn't stop there. When I got inside the vehicle, I found new smudges on the center console, driver-side trim, and interior surfaces that weren't there when I dropped the car off. Somehow, my vehicle came back looking dirtier than when I arrived. Because I had already spent 90 minutes waiting and had lost confidence in the quality of the work, I declined having them redo it. Instead, I drove to a professional detail shop and paid another $85 to have the exterior and interior corrected. I contacted customer service hoping they would stand behind their work. Instead, I received scripted responses stating that they had reviewed camera footage and that the service had been "completed according to the process." That explanation doesn't match what actually happened. Their own employee acknowledged the missed wheels by cleaning them after I pointed them out. I asked for a refund, a service credit, or any reasonable accommodation. Every request was denied. The only solution they offered was for me to bring the vehicle back, even after I explained that I had already paid another business to fix the issues. By the time everything was resolved, what should have been a 90-minute premium wash had cost me nearly four hours of my day and an additional $85. Congratulations on your growth and expansion, but based on my experience at the Brewers Hill/Canton location, the quality of the service and the customer support did not match the reputation of the brand. If you own a vehicle that you genuinely care about, I would recommend choosing a professional detailer instead.

They have changing lights, which makes it fun for the kids. When I first arrived, the worker did use a pressure washer to pre-soak the car and get rid of any superficial dirt as well as a bug spray. The whole car wash took less than five minutes and my car came out spotless. They do offer unlimited washes for a monthly price depending on the package you get. When I pulled up the lane where they wipe it down and clean the inside, I saw Manager, Elvis and asked him if there was any way to get the thick black grease our of the mats and carpet. I decided to get the Super wash service, which is their premium service. The wash itself was quick and did a solid job overall, especially when you consider it's an automated setup. In fact, this is the best automated washing I've experienced. What really stands out is the added value of the complimentary towels that are available. Also, the vacuums are free to use, which is a huge plus, and the hoses are on either side of the car so you get two long vacuum hoses to use. Being able to touch up the car afterward without being made to pay an extra cost makes a big difference. One big problem that I have is the limited number of vacuums available. And did I mention that they are FREE to use? Not just for paying customers, but also for non-paying customers. I can bet that half the people using those vacuums did not get a car wash. So after my first car wash I was disappointed that I couldn't vacuum my interior because all the vacuum spots were taken. I recommend getting there early before the vultures come in to vacuum their cars for free and hog up the spaces. All in all I still recommend it if you're looking for a fast, no-hassle wash with some nice perks. Just get there EARLY!

I was able to wash my Nissan Armada with all my normal cycles (i.e. rinse, soap, tire cleaner, soap brush, & rinse) with just $5. I'd say that's pretty good time settings in the stalls or I'm just really efficient which is also really true!!! If you opt for the car wash stalls, you'll have to pay to use the vacuums. If you go thru the car wash, free vacuuming is included! Remember to ask for the vacuum token if they don't give it to you. They also offer other cool options like towel service for one time $3 fee, a monthly fee for unlimited car washes, and VIP cards (i.e., a loyalty stamp card) which gives you a free car wash after your 10th wash. The 11th wash isn't just the cheapest wash on the option board either. It's the top tier wash!!!
