I love going to this place on the late night, when no one is there. This self serve part still works and I don't have to rush. Today however I went through full service, and got the premium package that included the Rain X and tire shine. Now, let me tell you exactly how dirty my tires still are. They half way dried my car, and just wiped briefly over my wheels. It actually looked worse after because they wiped parts of the wheel clean, and left the wheels heavily soiled still. I'll just go back to doing my own thing on the self serve side. The one guy was nice enough to go get my tokens for the free vacuum, after the other guy blew me off about it. So overall the service wasn't bad...just the wash itself.. Somehow after the wash I ended up with what looked like smeared bird poop on my window, and I went over all my windows prior to the wash. Great car wash!!! I show up here on a weekly basis. It's in a really good location and has pretty good hours. You can go thru the car wash while staying in your car and at the exit an attendant will dry you off. Another option is washing your own car in a stall which I've also done before. I was able to wash my Nissan Armada with all my normal cycles (i.e. rinse, soap, tire cleaner, soap brush, & rinse) with just $5. I'd say that's pretty good time settings in the stalls or I'm just really efficient which is also really true!!! If you opt for the car wash stalls, you'll have to pay to use the vacuums. If you go thru the car wash, free vacuuming is included! Remember to ask for the vacuum token if they don't give it to you. They also offer other cool options like towel service for one time $3 fee, a monthly fee for unlimited car washes, and VIP cards (i.e., a loyalty stamp card) which gives you a free car wash after your 10th wash. The 11th wash isn't just the cheapest wash on the option board either. It's the top tier wash!!! read more

They pre wash and hand dry. Can't find another place that does this for an automatic wash. Perfect. Good clean quickly.

These guys do a really nice job on making sure your car get the proper cleaning. They have several express selections to choose from depending on your desire such as the basic or if you want the wheels cleaned and several wax options for the best shine. The prices range from the cheapest being the SunWash @$9.00, Sun plus @$12.00, Sun seal @$15.00 to the Sun Super at $18.00 yes l know unless you plan on doing it yourself it can be pretty expensive. They also have the self wash available on the other side. They also have A VIP card that you can get stamped every time you purchase an express wash and your 10th car wash is free. Woo-hoo l'm almost there! Oh and don't forget to ask for your token so that you can vacuum your vehicle for free. Its part of the express deal but l always have to ask for it. So don't forget like l Sometimes do. They also take you through a blow dryer but then there is someone at the end of the car wash to make sure they finish drying the outside of the car for you but the inside you have to do yourself so the vacuum is also near the exit. I do have to say that my car stay clean for quite some time after my visits though. :) read more

employees were nice and you don't have to get out of your car. They hand dry your car too which is a plus The employee at the end said to hold on, he'd be right back and never came back so I was confused if I was done or should be waiting for something. Theres a sign that says "free vacuum with wash" and I planned on asking how to go about doing that but no one ever came back so after about 5 minutes I drove off. I was just confused. Fantastic place to go. I've only had one problem with my truck getting clean because the bird poop on the hood was stuck on, but the guy drying my truck noticed and immediately sent me back through for a rewash and scraped the bird poop off himself! I've never gotten that kind of attention to detail from a car wash before. Had to come back and get the name of at least one of the employees that was working when I went through so I could thank them, so Adam, keep it up man! You're awesome! read more

Not impressed nor satisfied. I paid $18 for the Sun Super wash with Rain X (the most expensive package). My silver Escape went through the automated wash and at the end a young man wiped my windows. I was expecting more manual attention to my truck, but I decided to trust the process, and drove home. When I inspected my truck I couldn't believe how dirty my hood still was- I could literally wipe the dirt off with my finger. My tires were worse. There was supposed to be a Tire Shine added, but my tires are dull and the wheel/rims are still dirty. The company was called and the situation explained. The gentleman did not hesitate to invite me to come back for a rewash. I appreciate the offer to reconcile, but I can't say that I'll return after the follow-up trip. read more

The car wash is fine but they are allowing vehicles to block the roadway impeding traffic into the Odenton Shopping Center. In the past they had an employee direct customers to form one line toward the shopping center. Now it is a free for all. They are going to cause an accident or worse. Good job with the $12 wash and $3 tire armor all package. Dried my car well enough, although I wish the towels they used on my car were clean. I went when I was the only customer so I think they could've done a better job. That's why they don't get 5 stars. read more

Worst car wash I've ever been too. Doesn't even have a brush to scrub your vehicle. Never going there again.

Usually a fan but not over the last couple visits, attention to detail has been lacking. Running through the main car wash seems fine, but when they wiped down our car today rags were pretty dirty and car was still covered in soap suds and still streaked. Just kept the tip and it will be our last time here. read more

I went through with my brand new Hyundai 2017 and car wash ripped my antena off. No word from owner to this day.

I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and I think they do a good job at washing vehicles and the price is a fair one for the service that they provide. However my low rating is for poor customer service provided since damage to my car on 11 December 2016. I have called several times to the owner Steve Purdue and sent detailed email describing the damage to my car that could be settled very easily with the owners Cooperation. I have also been to the car wash as a follow up visit to try and seek help from the attending personnel they told me that the message has been passed to mr. Purdue and that he told them that he understood my message and would be in contact with me. Of 19 January 2017 I have still yet to hear from Mr. Purdue.
