A few months back, I was taking advantage of the service provided of the free vacuums. Being…read morecareless and not paying much attention, I took my air pod out of my ear and placed in my center console. I began to vacuum and did just the thing I didn't want to do. I sucked it up in there and in a matter of seconds, it was gone!! I thought that it was a loss, but decided to mention it anyway. The young man who helped me dry my car was still an ear shot away, so I asked him if there was anyway of retrieving it. His name is Mark, and he was very friendly and helpful. He let me know that they were closing soon, and fortunately for me it has just been cleaned out. He said they couldn't do anything until the end of the night but would check at that point. He looped in the manager/owner, who allowed me to give my number to the young man. Would you believe it?! An hour later, he called and told me that he had it. It would be in the office and that I could come grab it at my leisure. I did the next day, and thanked both of them repeatedly. I could've easily replaced the air pod, but the level of extraordinary customer service I received is unmatched. I was a retail store manager for most of my career, and understand how often complaints flow but how little acts of kindness and a job well done are applauded and mentioned. The staff member that brushes the rear of the vehicles prior to entering hit my rear camera so hard it broke and by time I got into the wash it was dangling all around getting beat by the brushes! Ask them to check camera footage for proof and NO REPLY! Not to mention, if you do not dry off your car immediately, there will be white spots all over! At this point if I could give zero stars, I would.
