    Notice the little Microdots.  It looks all dusty.  Paid 30 dollars.  And that blotch was not there before.

    I visited this location on July 1, 2025, with my black Lexus SUV. The car only had some light pollen on it--nothing out of the ordinary. But after the wash, I noticed random white, circular spots all over the vehicle. It looked worse than when I arrived. I placed a complaint to one of the workers there. The owner called on July 3, 2025 and stated the car went in with birds stains so it came out with bird stains. It was due to birds, but the spots didn't resemble bird droppings--they looked more like chemical or water stains. Also I inspected the car prior and asked to see the video footage on the phone . He refused. What exactly are you hiding if you are the one contacting me my phone, and do not want to show me the footage even though I too inspected the car prior. Its a luxury car of course I am going to inspect it prior to going through and saw one tiny bird stain not white blotches. When i reviewed yelp ... other people have noticed the white blotches as well from the machines. This means that you want to call me on the phone to have me recorded as saying you are right and I am wrong after saying that you are 100 percent right and I am wrong after i stated - 2 things can be right at the same time. I am not going to be recorded on a holiday weekend where you decided to contact me 2 days later to record what I am saying to make your business sound correct. You then claim the service should have given me another pass. Did you offer me another pass-no. You want me to pay for additional services -no thank you. I've used the Warminster location many times without issue, so I know what a clean car should look like (even after repeated poop stains and messier mud stains). This was a completely different experience. When I asked an attendant about the spots, I was told it was "normal" because the car had been sitting in the sun--even though it was raining at the time. Some of the marks even came off in the rain, but not with a microfiber cloth, which raises even more concerns. What is the point of going to a car wash if you cant wash cars? There were no signs advising customers to fold in mirrors, and no staff mentioned it either. When I raised concerns about the random white stains, the attendant claimed they'd "never seen this happen" in four years, yet they immediately knew how to file a damage claim--which suggests otherwise. Things escalated when the General Manager got involved when he decided to call me 2 days later. He called me--not to resolve the issue--but to argue. He raised his voice and repeatedly insisted I was "100% wrong." Even more disturbing, he pressured me over the phone to say I was wrong so he could have it on record i assume. I refused and stated we could agree to disagree, but he became increasingly aggressive and eventually hung up on me. He also refused to review security footage or acknowledge the photo evidence I had showing the poor wash job. To make matters worse, a staff member wiped my car without permission--violating their own "touchless wash" policy. When I objected, I was told "anyone is allowed to touch your car," which is completely unacceptable. I ended up paying out of pocket to have the issue corrected at a different location. And despite everything, the GM had the audacity to say I needed to come back and pay again for another wash. Absolutely not. Then hung up on me mid conversation. Being told I needed to "respect him because he's the general manager" was just the final insult in an already frustrating situation. This was the worst $30 I've ever spent. The service was unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location.

    DO NOT USE! I drove 15 miles to use this car wash because high end vehicles use it. New Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy and the brushes ripped the factory installed roof rack off and scratched rear quarter panel! They had a young man standing as cars were coming out because apparently have had issues. He brought me the roof rack, we took photos and filled out a "so called" incident report. Gave me a number for "corporate" which continually says call back. I went in to ask Mgr for another # and was told not allowed and I should have read sign that says they are not responsible for damages! This is factory installed and the car body also scratched up! The manager slammed door to his office and wouldn't come out! Then he came out, clicked out and left. I had to make damaged property police report. Awful!

    I paid $20 for this. I paid $20 for them to make the windows grosser.

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.
