Unprofessional My vehicle was damaged inside the wash at this location when the car wash equipment tore off the roof-mounted third brake light on my Escalade. The screws remained in place, making it clear this was not a loose or pre-existing issue. Since the incident, the business has failed to return calls or respond to emails, and no manager has reached out. There has been zero accountability or customer service. Accidents happen, but refusing to communicate afterward speaks volumes about how this business operates. I would not recommend this location. read more

Loud music, smoking and repairs done to vehicles that are in the drying bays. Handicapped spots taken by non handicapped individuals. The car wash is fine but businesses everywhere seem to delight in locking you into a subscription-based relationship. Sixty bucks a month for unlimited washes seems extreme... I barely take six showers a month so drowning my car more often just seems a bit indulgent. I'm not an Uber driver nor do I play one on TV. How about I pay $12, run it through on an ad-hoc basis, vacuum it out (excellent BTW) and just be done with it until next time. I visited this location on July 1, 2025, with my black Lexus SUV. The car only had some light pollen on it--nothing out of the ordinary. But after the wash, I noticed random white, circular spots all over the vehicle. It looked worse than when I arrived. I placed a complaint to one of the workers there. The owner called on July 3, 2025 and stated the car went in with birds stains so it came out with bird stains. It was due to birds, but the spots didn't resemble bird droppings--they looked more like chemical or water stains. Also I inspected the car prior and asked to see the video footage on the phone . He refused. What exactly are you hiding if you are the one contacting me my phone, and do not want to show me the footage even though I too inspected the car prior. Its a luxury car of course I am going to inspect it prior to going through and saw one tiny bird stain not white blotches. When i reviewed yelp ... other people have noticed the white blotches as well from the machines. This means that you want to call me on the phone to have me recorded as saying you are right and I am wrong after saying that you are 100 percent right and I am wrong after i stated - 2 things can be right at the same time. I am not going to be recorded on a holiday weekend where you decided to contact me 2 days later to record what I am saying to make your business sound correct. You then claim the service should have given me another pass. Did you offer me another pass-no. You want me to pay for additional services -no thank you. I've used the Warminster location many times without issue, so I know what a clean car should look like (even after repeated poop stains and messier mud stains). This was a completely different experience. When I asked an attendant about the spots, I was told it was "normal" because the car had been sitting in the sun--even though it was raining at the time. Some of the marks even came off in the rain, but not with a microfiber cloth, which raises even more concerns. What is the point of going to a car wash if you cant wash cars? There were no signs advising customers to fold in mirrors, and no staff mentioned it either. When I raised concerns about the random white stains, the attendant claimed they'd "never seen this happen" in four years, yet they immediately knew how to file a damage claim--which suggests otherwise. Things escalated when the General Manager got involved when he decided to call me 2 days later. He called me--not to resolve the issue--but to argue. He raised his voice and repeatedly insisted I was "100% wrong." Even more disturbing, he pressured me over the phone to say I was wrong so he could have it on record i assume. I refused and stated we could agree to disagree, but he became increasingly aggressive and eventually hung up on me. He also refused to review security footage or acknowledge the photo evidence I had showing the poor wash job. To make matters worse, a staff member wiped my car without permission--violating their own "touchless wash" policy. When I objected, I was told "anyone is allowed to touch your car," which is completely unacceptable. I ended up paying out of pocket to have the issue corrected at a different location. And despite everything, the GM had the audacity to say I needed to come back and pay again for another wash. Absolutely not. Then hung up on me mid conversation. Being told I needed to "respect him because he's the general manager" was just the final insult in an already frustrating situation. This was the worst $30 I've ever spent. The service was unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location. read more

While I'm a big fan of this car wash, the vaccum and wipe down areas are getting to be a little bit neglected. On multiple occasions, there were no towels in the towel bins where I parked. After searching around, I had to check in with the office to alert them of the issue. Why it gets to this point I have no idea. They should have someone patrolling the area to make sure there are an abundance of towels at all times. There are also multiple vaccums that are either broken, missing parts, or jammed with debris. This has been going on for a while and nothings been fixed despite me letting them know. It shouldn't be the customer's job to fix the vaccuums. I hope they start to take better care of their facility, because I really enjoy being a member here. read more

DO NOT USE! I drove 15 miles to use this car wash because high end vehicles use it. New Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy and the brushes ripped the factory installed roof rack off and scratched rear quarter panel! They had a young man standing as cars were coming out because apparently have had issues. He brought me the roof rack, we took photos and filled out a "so called" incident report. Gave me a number for "corporate" which continually says call back. I went in to ask Mgr for another # and was told not allowed and I should have read sign that says they are not responsible for damages! This is factory installed and the car body also scratched up! The manager slammed door to his office and wouldn't come out! Then he came out, clicked out and left. I had to make damaged property police report. Awful! read more

Burlington Valet Auto Wash: Just finished a 9 day road trip. Went in for a car wash. Left and got gas, then went home. Never looked at the vehicle. When i finally inspected it, the front was still covered in bug residue. The sides and back were spotty with streaks of dirt. Went back and they refused to rewash because it was 3 hours later. Since it hasn't been raining today, it's obvious they don't stand behind their product. From now on I'll try the one in Cinnaminson. Hopefully, they have people who care about customer service. Do not go here. I paid $20 for the "Ultimate Wash", as said on my receipt. Due to poor direction from the people working here, we almost hit the car in front of us, which didn't bode well for how this was going to go. After the wash, when we got out of the car, you could barely tell that it had been washed. There was still a layer of dirt in some pretty obvious places, and the windows somehow looked dingier than when we'd drove in. Total waste of money. read more

every time I go I have an issue here. #1 their computer machines never work. I have a monthly pass & wanted to add the wax tunnel on- the screen didn't give me any options. I went through the regular wash & went to the service counter to see if I could add it on. the little brat behind the counter didn't really care. i went back to my car to dry & vacuum my car after she told me tough luck. as I'm drying my car, I get an email with a bill for $18 for a wash. I pay monthly, so how or why am I being charged. I went back in and a different brat of an employee told me that my bill didn't charge for this month. I had to pull up my account to show her that i was indeed charged. whithout saying anything else, she just hands me a refund receipt and walks away. wow- great service! never knew getting a car wash was to be this pleasant. read more

My insurance company attempted to subrogate and have the car wash pay since it was 100% their fault. Insurance company gave up after one year and said I should keep trying. I eventually gave up. It's convenient but completely ruins the paint on your cars. The brilliance tunnel seems pointless as they spray something on a tiny bit of the car and then it gets smacked and scratched with more brushes. Not worth ruining your paint to save a few minutes. read more

While the car wash is terrific, their payment system is terrible. Initially the Credit Card payment was rejected, I paid with cash, only to find out my credit card was charged. My credit card company disputed and got my refund. Then a month later, I noticed a new charge from Valet Auto Wash on my credit card and I was out of state at the time, again, had to dispute the charge and cancel my credit card to prevent their fraud abuse on my credit card. For this reason, I don't recommend Valet Auto wash. read more

I was really excited to try out this car wash when I saw it being advertised. We took our car there and did the 2nd tier option- brilliance wash. The price was ok and the amount of time waiting to get in was fine but the wash itself was not great. You drive through nearly bumper to bumper and when you get out you go to an optional wax if you paid for it. But there is like no one there to help you if you have questions or need help. We didn't do the wax but did stop at the drying and vacuum area. You use their towels to dry yourself and when we got out of the car we noticed our car still looked dirty. There were marks and squished bugs that did not come off. Maybe if we went for the $23 service wash they would have come off. Who knows. We will not be going back. read more

Lots of indoor and out door spots to grab with free vacuums and towels to dry on your own. $17 a month for the cheapest unlimited wash package. Nice addition area! read more

This is an easy in, easy out wash. They are able to take contactless payment from 5 or 6 cars simultaneously. 2 lanes are for club members only. Just select your wash, insert your credit card and away you go. The whole wash and dry process takes less than 10 minutes. Afterwards you are welcome to use the free vacuums and free drying cloths located inside and outside. The fact that I don't have to use a change machine to get quarters or tokens for the vacuums is enough to keep me coming back. I don't understand the expectations of the people leaving reviews. This is an automatic car wash. It's not going to make your car look perfect especially the first time through and especially if you have sap on your car! People are amazing. I think it's a solid auto wash with optional auto wax and when you join the club you can go through as much as you like with free towels and vacuums. Awesome! read more

The wash is great. Nobody will dispute that. The problem is there crappy horrendous wheel cleaners. If you have a wheel that is silver or a light color. The wash WILL leave brown residue ALL OVER your wheels and tires. You HAVE TO every single time wipe it off otherwise you'll ruin your wheels with a brown pooplike stain. It blows my mind actually because I've never had this happen at a car wash before and I've been driving for 20 years now. As far as the hangers and brushes are concerned that wash your car. They do use high quality microfibers. I'm grateful establishments such as this one have upgraded from the past days of hard materials destroying paint and leaving swirl marks all over your car. So if your worried about your paint. Don't worry bout this place. It will not damage your paint. Oh and all the women that work there. If it's the Spanish chick. She's a *unt all the time. So don't both saying please of thank you. The black chick is awesome so try and talk to her if you have an issue. All the men are cool too. If you want to pay for your car to be cleaned & then have it come out just as dirty & now damaged then this is the place for you, but if you actually care about your vehicle, I would definitely NOT bring it here! I paid for the "Brilliance" wash, which was definitely not brilliant, at all. The wheel wells & wheels were not cleaned at all, there was wax residue left all over my car & a brand new scratch that they claim they are not responsible for. After my initial email request I was asked for photos of everything regarding my complaints which I happily sent. Knowing there are signs placed throughout stating that the company is not responsible for any damage I did not have high hopes for some type of reimbursement for the damage, but you would think they would at least offer to refund the car wash since I ended up having to rewax the car myself in THEIR parking lot & clean the tires. NOPE, they didn't even acknowledge that part of my email. After sending multiple pictures of the unclean car & damage at their request, it was just silence, I hadn't heard anything back. 2 more emails trying to follow up I finally got an email back, basically saying I was a liar & my car wasn't damaged there & nothing else was going to be addressed further. Mind you, this car was purchased this year, brand new so there was NO damage prior to this visit. So I'm not entirely sure how my car goes in without a scratch & comes out with one in an exact area that their machinery could have easily scratched, but it isn't their fault. The scratch & uncleaned areas of the car were immediately noticed in their parking area (aka the vacuum area) the pictures I have of the car even have the reflection of their sign. HORRIBLE customer service & HORRIBLE service in general. You're better off letting the Rain "clean" your car off, the results would be better than this place. Used to love this place. Has seriously gone down hill they pack the cars in line so tight to one another I'm hardly getting the wash or services paid for. Then today I had an issue and the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Place needs a major attitude adjustment. I left so aggravated that I went and canceled my membership. Horrible service. I had a yearly membership with 10 months (approx) left when I went to use the wash and was told it was expired. The manager told me he would meet me inside and then when I got in he went on lunch break instead. I was told he would call and follow up and of course I have never received a call and it's been well over a month now.
