I knew from her very first visit that we would be using her help for a long long time. We have beautiful hardwood floors and had 2 dogs with very long hair. You know the punchline: hair everywhere under everything. By the time she left, our floors were meticulously vacuumed, washed and cleaned, but also waxed and buffed to a higher gloss than I had ever seen before! Off course we were absolutely thrilled!
