The owner responded quickly to an urgent need to deep clean my small, recently renovated home. Her team was courteous & professional; worked diligently and thoroughly clearing construction dust (new flooring throughout entire home), newly installed floor to ceiling windows (cleaned outside, too) , vaulted ceilings & fans and left the entire home sparkling! They even hosed down & scrubbed debris off the deck! The team checked in with me to make sure everything I needed was being taken care of & walked through the project when they were done to ensure I was satisfied. They broke my beautiful light fixture in my bathroom and then left the pieces on the windowsill and did not tell me. When I discovered it, I felt very upset. One of the gals came and glued the glass together, but it's still chipped and it looks horrible and I have to get a whole new light fixture. They did very little to help compensate. We desperately needed some help cleaning our house. We both work full time so when we get home we're exhausted and I was always bickering about cleaning the house with my husband and son. No more bickering! Just in one cleaning they reached places I haven't thought about cleaning since we moved in!! My son's room is spotless, and they even tried to organize the top of his desk (bless their hearts). They were mindful of our inside kitties and closed the door to my son's room like I asked to keep the guinea pigs safe from the kitties. For the price price point, it was totally worth it. $60 an hour for each cleaner and they send 2 so its $120 per hour, if they even clean. They dont! You also have to provide cleaning products, mops, vacuum and towels. We have cameras and when I checked in they, were hitting the furniture with a dirty towel. Never cleaning. When they were done, the floors were still filthy, never touched. read more

Griselda has been cleaning for me since I arrived in Carmel in 2018. I found her card in the Laundromat as a green cleaner and called her immediately. We arrived with only a suitcase as a work relocation and found a 1 bedroom converted garage in Carmel Valley that needed a deep cleaning. Even on this tiny mouse cottage she made the house sparkle and I felt so much better. They did a fabulous job. We're super happy. Our house had like 5 years of dirt and they got it clean in 3 and 1/2 hours. They even scrubbed our moldy bathroom. And our kitchen sink. They got underneath the toaster! I'd like them to scrub the kitchen floor really hard next time to reveal it's truer color, but my husband didn't communicate that to them at the time. We're not sure how valid these reviews are. First of all, housekeepers are about $60 per hour each. The work is horrible and no cleaning is done at all. They were hired for a move out clean and basically hit the furniture with a towel the entire hour. $120 for one hour $240 for 2 hours. No mop, no water, no cleaning. Floors weren't touched and absolutely nothing cleaned. We can't say enough how chocked we are this service is in business at all. Awful experience and we had to hire another service to go behind them. read more

I won't say that they didn't do a good job as far as cleaning, because they did, but I will say that they are TOTALLY overpriced and very poor at communication. When I got an original quote for $350 for a 2 room apartment, I thought it was too high. Then they cleaned my neighbors apartment and ended up taking 5 hours, charging them $500! So I followed up, letting the owner know that I would not pay that much, and that my apartment (unfurnished vs the neighbors) that I only lived in for 15 months was kept clean and tidy. I reached out three times ahead of our scheduled day to let the owner know that I felt my place would only take 2hrs to clean, 2.5hrs tops, and therefore, that is all I would pay for. I even texted the morning of at 7am to confirm this, and not until 930 did I get a reply saying they did not do a clean in that amount of time. I stressed again that this was alI I would pay for. Apparently, they stayed longer and then were mad at me that I would not pay for more than the 2.5hrs . As I was not at the unit when they cleaned, I heard from neighbors that they were quite rude. I would not recommend this company based on the lack of professionalism. read more

We really needed help with cleaning up our home. Our appliances and countertops were riddled with crumbs and fingerprints, our floors were more animal hair than carpet, and our bathrooms were simply horrendous. I called Griselda for a free quote, and we were able to schedule a cleaning for the week after(when it worked best for my work schedule). She is very flexible and understanding with her scheduling. I can tell Griselda and her teammate are professionals and very hard workers with attention to detail; it looks and smells better in our home than the day we moved in. I can't believe they cleaned our home so thoroughly, quickly AND for a very reasonable price! The cherry on top is the fact that Griselda also uses green products. I am still finding things new things that they cleaned a week after they completed our initial house cleaning! I walk around my house like, "Oh, look at the light fixture, they cleaned that! And, "Oh look at the oven, I didn't even know it was that color!" They did the initial deep cleaning on time, with great efficiency and attention to detail. I am admittedly very picky, and I am very happy with how clean my house has stayed this week. I signed up for the "every two-week cleaning", which was very reasonable.
