We have used Sparkle Pool Service for over 4 years now. I am so glad we have. Over the years we've had several issues corrected by Tom in a timely manner and efficiently. We had never owned a pool before and Tom taught us what we needed to know. We had a standard chlorine pool system when we purchased our home, after a bit of research and a knowledge share with Tom we decided to change to what we call a salt water pool system. We have had our main pump replaced, large filter and housing replaced, a pressure return connected for our pool robot to name a few. With all this done we have received a Service Invoice sent for the work to be approved, it gives information on what is to be done and the cost. Yes, our service team member has changed over time but, if there is any issue we call the main office let them know and it is corrected if need be. We are notified of any changes to the cleaning schedule, and with the weather here I'm surprised everything runs so smoothly. Having just gone through back to back hurricanes recently our pool was kept balanced so we could use it if need be. I'm am so glad Tom and his team are our Pool Service Company. We were kept informed and up to date on service and chemicals and it was cleaned as soon as it could be. We have used Sparkle Pool for a couple of years. At first the service was good. They were responsive & kind. Our pool tech changed a few months ago and the service went down hill. When I finally spoke up and complained for the first time ever about the lack of detail (green scum on fountains, dirty filter, etc) and told them of a rude interaction with the pool tech via leaving them a message & sending pictures through Facebook messenger, I received no response for a week. I finally got a response from them through email that based on my complaints and after speaking to their tech they were canceling my service effective immediately. Wow.... All I really wanted was for them to do their job since I paid them already. Steer clear! Theses pictures were taken 10 mins AFTER the technician left our house. read more

I have noticed a lot of bad reviews about this company. I had used them many years ago when they stated they were putting in a variable speed pool pump. The pump recently died, and when I had another pool company come in they stated the pump was not variable speed, only single speed ! However, I was charged for a variable speed pump. I fired this company because they did a terrible job on cleaning the pool, and when I heard this, I just had to write another review. They brag about how many accounts they have, but do an unprofessional job !! I hope others will read these reviews and consider another company ! read more

Don't use Sparkle pool service the work is slow to get done plus they don't back up their work. I have been trying to get Tom back to fix a block in the return line to my spa which got clogged right after he worked on the filter and spa blower for over two months . He won't take responsibility and then when you question him he curses at you. Very unprofessional company. read more
