Gracie Pool owner claimed our contract was un-refundable. After threats of legal action, he agreed to give me 2,500 back. Extremely manipulative, would only call my wife with BS explanations. So far they're doing a great job. My pool was drained and acid washed because the last service company let it turn green with algae along the edges and all through the fountain. It got out of control when I fired them because there was a gap in service for three weeks making various phone calls and waiting for Aquaworks to come out. They were not the first company I called. I had a no-show from one company and a late call back from another. It's hard to find good people. So far my fountain is getting a little green again. I spoke to my maintenance guy and he said it needs to be sprayed with bleach often. I had tried that in the past but had no idea they pool bleach and liquid bleach for laundry were different concentrations. He informed me that pool bleach was much stronger. He recommended a sprayer which I have since ordered. He also offered to fill it up with the pool bleach for me! I anticipate that this week. One of my qualms is their documentation. They sent me a receipt for draining the pool and upgrading my equipment etc but the receipt it not itemized at all. It just says here's the charge and that I paid. Kinda weird. The upgrade to the pool equipment has been a life saver. All this time I thought my pool vacuum sucked. It actually doesn't. It works great now that the pipes are the size they're supposed to be. Fantastic! Saved me from converting my pool vac to a jet powered one. They said the suction powered one is best for enclosed pools anyway. I appreciate they didn't try to up sell me on stuff I don't need. Seems like an honest company that is family owned. So far maintenance is going well.

My pool was remodeled about two years ago, and I have used Aaron's on several occasions to locate leaks. On 5/7/2026, their technician quickly located and repaired a plumbing leak with minimal disruption and no mess. Most recently, the technician returned and discovered a crack near my skimmer that extended vertically down into the pool shell. He explained that the repair would be a temporary patch and, importantly, provided referrals for contractors who could complete the permanent repair. This service call was also covered under the company's warranty from the previous repair on 5/7/2026, which I really appreciated. If you want a company that performs a thorough inspection, knows what they're doing, stands behind their work, and provides excellent customer service, I highly recommend Aaron's Leak Detection. Hands down, they are the company I trust for pool leak detection. Update 5/7/2026: Aaron's Leak Detection came out again after my pool remodel. Cody did a very thorough job, answered all of my questions, and successfully located my plumbing leak. I have used other leak detection companies in the past, and I have found that Aaron's provides much more value in actually locating and identifying the source of the leak. Update 2/28/2025: I spoke with Christian by phone about a possible leak after my pool remodel was completed in May 2024. They ignored my request for repair of concrete steps and added expensive equipment replacement and duplication. They also advised overhaul of filter that had just been done by someone else. The inspector obviously did not look at it, just selling more service. AND, they do maintain their work or have pool service. The below was sent to them by email. I am disappointed that you don't provide the service that I need and you took my money for evaluation. It resulted in only stating obvious work and was just an advertisement for you to do the work. You don't do maintenance (that I thought you did) and you don't repair the broken steps. Also, you did not send others who could. Not happy about it. HMJ
