Seems like every time I go the price goes up. The major reason why I come here is because I'm all for supporting local businesses but I will definitely not come back after today. I paid 13 dollars for 2 hoodies (one navy and one red) and one of them came out worse than the other. It looks like they just washed them together because the navy hoodie looked fine but the red one looked dirtier than when I left it. My red supreme hoodie was COMPLETELY ruined and I just found out today (almost a year later). I am really upset and sad because it was an expensive hoodie and one of my favorites. It smells clean but looks dirty. I'm assuming they must have washed them together or with the darker colors because it looks like the darker color rubbed off on my red hoodie. Honestly it looks like they threw it in a one cycle wash washer with a cup of tide because it doesn't just look dirty it came out with a couple detergent stains! My grandma can hand wash better than these folks. Save yourself some money and either go to the laundry yourself or go to a different place if you don't want to MIX your laundry and have your whites or bright clothing looking worse. 1 cycle economic wash 1.50-2 1 cup of detergent 1-2 30 min drying .50 Cleaners 6.50 I paid more to ruin my hoodie when I could have ruined it myself for a lower price. read more

This place is garbage expensive and rude lady with glasses. I had two bad experiences and will never go back. First experience took my husbands pant in for press and when we picked up dry cleaners we didn't pay attention to what we picked up. It was my husbands father funeral when he was getting dressed his cleaner pants were missing a button and they felt big we were depressed from his dad's passing that we failed to realize they had given him the wrong pants. Later that afternoon we received a call from the dry cleaners stating they had given us wrong pants no apologies or remorse. Dumb me decided to give them a second chance only to be proven wrong again by this supposed called dry cleaners. Took a brand new dress to be pressed for my daughters graduation told the lady with the glasses that the button was a little loose she assured me nothing would happen to the button since it was only a press. When I picked my daughters dress the button had fallen off I asked what happened and she just like oh no I don't know with her stupid answers . Again like I said rude lady with glasses expensive and poor service sloppy work. Don't go there although it may seem convenient if you live close by not worth it read more

Living in the area for over 35yrs now, tried giving this place a shot since it's a local business. At first I was supportive towards the new owners that took over the business a few years ago. It wasn't until I had multiple horrible experiences with the dry ass lady with glasses. The first incident was over a receipt I did not have during pick up. She pointed at the counter which had a hand written taped note stating that if you didn't have a receipt you'll be charged a $1.00 fee. At first I was in disbelief, but she stood firm with a blank negative stupid look on her face with no compassion or emotion. I didn't have a problem paying for the fee, it's just the way the worker conducted herself and the way the fee was presented to me. I had separate incident where I took a my favorite sweater and wanted to point out a specific stain I that was a concern to me. The same grumpy ass lady took the sweater, didn't bother marking the stain, ignored my concern and stated " if it has a stain they'll find in the back". I sincerely hope that the owners read this review and either send her ass to back and have her dry clean the clothes, or train her in providing proper customer service. She is the primary reason I CLOSED my account. read more

I decided to give this place another chance, as soon as I picked up my clothes, I asked myself "why did I bring it here?" I took a jacket to wash off the stains it had on the sleeves and not to my surprise the jacket was still dirty. It's like I never left my jacket at the dry cleaners. I left another review in hope that you people reading this will NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. It's seriously a waste of money, just wash the clothes yourself. read more

There is a huge sign inside of the place that says "All Work Guaranteed" & that is definitely a lie. Spent over $130 at this place & was not satisfied with the service. Employees were rude and were not helpful at all. I definitely will not be coming back to this place & I wouldn't recommend it to others. read more

I haven't been here in a while but I remember them charging $2.00 to clean police uniforms. I come in with two uniforms and the total was $11.00 ($5.50/uniform). Wow. Come to find out,they charged a coworker $4.50. When I came back to pick up my uniform I brought the discrepancy to their attention. They just said "sorry, next time". Good business would of been for them to refund the difference. I'm done with this place read more
