I really don't think I'll be doing laundry at my mom's anymore when I can just come here and relax and get my 4-5 weekly loads done within an hour!! Washes are a little pricey but worth it! Free dryers on the bottom row!! (That makes up for the pricey washes ). Thank you very much Laundromat of Downey! So clean and convenient!! So easy!! ZERO STARS!!!!! This is the worst laundry mat I've been to…read more The machines have mold, they are all dirty! Everywhere you turn it's dirty and disgusting! The inside of the machines smell. Where you put the soap at are disgusting with old buildup soap from other peoples soap because they aren't clean. This laundry mat needs to get closed down!!!!!! The bathroom are dirty. No soap and no lock so anyone can walk in at anytime! It's disgusting since a lot of homeless come in here. Also, your clothes will not smell good. They will smell like mold wet clothes that's been sitting for days. The dryers also suck they turn off after 5 seconds of turning them on so you have to watch your dryers to make sure they actually dry!! Also some dont heat so you also have to be checking to make sure they dry. My clothes has to be double washed because all it does is put out soapy water when it's in rinse because of all the buildup soap! 11 bucks for a big machine!!! Now having to do double will cost 22 dollars just to wash out the soap!!! You are better off going to the laundry mat down the street from here on 92nd and central ave!!!! There should be no excuse for how dirty this coin laundry is the one down the street is very clean! Either hire people that will do their job right or close for good!!!!

I don't mind the price of $90 for pickup/drop off laundry, but the constant texting back and forth, the handling, and basic customer service was really unprofessional. I acknowledge that the confirmation email went to the wrong address, but it should not have taken over two weeks to get my mother's laundry back. When finding out what went wrong, the whole transaction wasn't handled professionally. After two weeks, my mom's laundry was dropped off in front of her apartment door. No phone call, no attempt to reach her or me. At least they took a picture and texted it to me proving delivery. Thankfully, no one took it. When things go wrong in business, you bend over backwards to fix it. I didn't see this happening, just excuses and no solution. I realize that mistakes happen. But the frequent texting, delay in delivery, making excuses, a week delay in payment (you should let customers know about different/faster payment options than PayPal), then dropping them off outside a front door without communication is unacceptable.
