Both Jackie and Terry are very helpful and kind. One item I found very disturbing; the owners allow the small children to run amuck. Although there is a designated area for children, around Service dogs this is extremely inappropriate! I almost reported them to the ADA officials and decided simply to use another place since laundry mats were going to be a short period in my life. one small child ran at my Service, of course she will bark, Service are never to be Looked At, Spoken to, Never petted nor assaulted in any manner. This is an ADA legality. The mother complained to Jackie about the one bark from my service who was laying on her blanket, then the two children came from another direction, I told them to leave my Service dog alone, this did not assuage them. My service dog has attend large affairs, small dinners, restaurants, workout at gyms and never has been assaulted several times by other. the same day as my Service dog, laid on her blanket a man turned around and went to pet her, immediately I stated, Do NOT Pet or approach my service dog. The owners took action inappropriately against the ADA law. If one does not care for very young children running around this is NOT the place for you and your laundry. The Laundry mat is well run by Jackie and Terry, there are many machines, and more expensive than other places, however the selection is massive; be aware of the unattended children. They do handle a massive amount of clientele, take in laundry and do perform an excellent job, it is the unattended children I find to be most inappropriate.

Where to start? I actually like this facility. I started coming here when I moved to town a few…read moreweeks ago. I chose this location as it is the closest to the RV Park I am staying at. The washers are great. Quick, easy and you are on your way. Now,the dryers are a completely different story. On high heat, it is 7 minutes for $0.25. Now, the cost isn't the issue but rather this begs the question, how much time will this cost me? I am at the facility anywhere between two to three hours because of how many dry cycles I have to end up doing. I have tried multiple strategies to mitigate this issue including making sure 1) the dryer is up to par 2) ensuring all items are flat and not wadded up and 3) breaking the items into smaller loads. None of which appear to help cut down the amount of time spent or the number of dry cycles per load. Oh and one last minor annoyance, you have to rescind your card each time the dryer stops Anyway, moving on, the staff (i.e., Sol) is THE sweetest. She gave me a few tips on the best way to wash given my family size. She also gave my son an ice cream and he loved her kindness.
