Horrible customer service to say the least! Our deliveries are not coming, or we are getting skipped. I have called and talked to someone several times and they say they have it fixed. I've gone months with no bill (except their rental fee and administrative fee) because they cant get their product delivered. I've asked to speak with a supervisor, and they tell me they will have someone call me back. We have been a long-time customer, and the service recently has been less than adequate. **Terrible Service and Empty Promises from Sparkeletts/Primo Water** I've never had a worse delivery experience than with Sparkeletts/Primo Water. They've missed 3 scheduled deliveries to replace their malfunctioning dispenser, even though I was home all day waiting. Each time I called to follow up, I was lied to and given empty promises that the issue would be resolved. I was told repeatedly that they had "escalated" the issue to the route manager, Oscar, and that he would resolve it the very next day. Lies. If I'm not home, I come home to more bottles of water! My last bill$ was in Arabic! My son in law , different city, is having the same issue. I'm just going to have to cancel this service if a resolution is not reached soon! I can't contact them. I'm told my email is not valid. It's the same email they send my bill to!? This is the worst most unorganized delivery service I've ever seen. They never show up on the scheduled delivery date, they never bring the right amount of bottles, and then when you call them to try and get the order fulfilled, they push back the date continuously until your next delivery date, which is like a month later. I don't see how it's so difficult. The problem is they seem to have a monopoly on all residential water delivery in the general Dallas area. I've tried to switch service providers multiple times and there does not seem to be any other options for residential delivery. I wish they cared more about customer service as well. This person transferred me over to a "specialist" who still couldn't tell me why our delivery date was canceled 3x. They assured me that the delivery would happen today, and guess what, NO DELIVERY! The delivery was cancelled again and rescheduled for tomorrow. This is ridiculous to have to put this much energy into a water service. I've been a long time Sparkletts Spring Water customer and never had a problem with them until recently when Primo/Ready Fresh took over. Now, I haven't had a delivery in over 6 weeks. I've emailed, and gotten no response. When I get online, it says my delivery will be a certain day and then when that day comes, I get online and it says it's been rescheduled for another day. I was going to cancel and get water from another company, but apparently, Primo/Ready Fresh has bought them ALL out because when I try to place an order with another company, the website automatically reverts back to Primo, so I'm back at square 1. I'm having to order water by the gallon from somewhere else just so I don't run out. I'm angry and frustrated and I want answers! My practice has been with "Sparkletts Water" for a little over 2 years and we've now canceled our subscription for water delivery. Our office has been dealing with deliveries not showing up or being rescheduled without notice. We most recently got an email saying our delivery for May 14th was canceled "per our request", which is a blatant lie. The next time we would get water would be June 2nd.... 3 weeks later. After being on hold for at least 30 minutes and speaking with a "representative" about canceling, we set up for someone to pick up our empty 5 gallon bottles for the next day. And guess what... NO SHOW. We still have their empty bottles and are disputing any charges that come our way due to their delivery/pick up incompetence. It has come to my attention that several people/businesses are cancelling, dealing with the same issues, and surprise surprise- getting the same no communication, no genuine customer service. PRIMO WATER has bought Sparkletts and is now ruining their customer base. They cut delivery drivers pay (no wonder they have a shortage of staff) and are running bots with no real solution to speak to customers through the Sparkletts/Primo website. It's extremely disappointing how awful this transition has transpired and this has been an absolute nightmare trying to deal with them. read more

As per conversation with AJ on May 28th 2025, she stated that a delivery of water would be made on June 3rd 2025, we still have not received the water, spoke with Nikki on June 3rd regarding no delivery was made, she stated that it would be delivered at 5 pm June 3rd, still no delivery has been made and its now 3 pm on June 4 2025, mind you it has been 6 weeks, since the last delivery and AJ told our office that the driver had to cancel our delivery with no reason why!! Sparkletts aka Primo- I wish I would've seen this on yelp before I signed up! Customer service has improved but the entire company and the way it's handled is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when you try to cancel and then they tell you that they might come pick up the bottles it's up to the drivers discretion! Let me get into why I canceled in the first place. Inconsistent delivery and pick up. Drivers are super nice. However you can't track how much they're charging you and it seems to not be accurate when it comes to them crediting you after the bottles are picked up. The price keeps going higher and higher and the quality does not seem to be very high at all. I canceled with Ozarka because I was having allergic reaction to the water. Red eyes sneezing etc. With one or two of the bottles that I've had up from Sparkletts I was having the same reaction. I was almost curious if they used Ozark as a back up or something. The biggest issue for me was the amount it cost, the inconsistency and very difficult to getting through to customer service previously and trying to figure out the charges. The hundreds of dollars that I have spent on having bottles of water delivered is ridiculous. Call center supportive, apologetic, said they texted driver and shipping department. Committed date for replacement 3. "In the notes told to text or call me". No call, no text, no show. I'm on crutches and lugged the cooler out to the porch and back inside 3 times now. I'm done with these guys. They offer the service and give a price for the gallons, but they never inform you that they charge an additional fee for each delivery, and once the service is cancelled, they do not return the deposit they ask for for each gallon requested in the order. Don't fall into the trap. read more

Edit: response to business - I've called customer service more than I've needed to trying to get a scheduled delivery, but nothing is ever resolved. We had been waiting on delivery since April of a standing order for cases of Sparkletts water. Primo/Sparkletts merged with Readyfresh and we continued to receive notices that a delivery was on its way. Never arrived. Kept looking on the site and seeing the Sparkletts water was out of stock. Now June, changed the order to Ozarka (higher price) and received it. Today, had another delivery of Ozarka water and 2 cases of PureLife that I didn't order. Waited 47 minutes for a rep and after an hour of waiting to adjust and correct the order I am now informed Sparkletts cases will no longer be available and eventually the 5 gallon will also no longer be provided. ReadyFresh seems to have the monopoly on water delivery in this area and I hope in the future there's another option because reaching a live representative is time consuming, writing will never give you a response, and the BOT answers in the "Live" chat feature lack any semblance of knowledge or help. I looked for reviews on Readyfresh and the customer service comments are not the best. As a monopoly a company can choose to excel or do the least because they know they can. It's a water bottle delivery service, for pity's sake. It's not the end of the world if they are a day late. I've been using them for 2 years and I find customer service to be just fine (I just called them to ask for a new dispenser and they just delivered it), I find their timing to be fine. I find the billing to be accurate. The delivery guys are clearly in a big hurry, so don't expect to chat about their kids. they're working really hard and do a fine job--I have a feeling they are understaffed and hustling right now. Second time had an installation scheduled and got a text from the driving saying he was 2 mins away. Then he never showed up or contacted me again. When I spoke to the salesman at Costco, he said they could arrange to bring the bottles in for me. I am disable & unable to carry the bottles without injuring myself. The delivery guy who brought the unit and water said he couldn't guarantee it, but he came on this route every Thursday at 3:09 ish and would ring the bell. He did this ..once. The next time they came at 9 & didn't ring the bell, but I saw them & they brought it in. The next delivery was today. The initial driver was gone. The new driver came at 7:30 am and did not ring the bell. I have to cancel service. That's sad because I drink four bottles a month. It's not a delivery service if you can't bring it in the house. Stay away! Worst company I've ever dealt with. We had a standard 2 case order each month. Half the time they didn't deliver anything or the wrong thing or only 1 case, YET they charged us for the two cases whether we got one, two or none. I called, or emailed customer service billing every single month, explaining the over charges, inaccurate deliveries etc...and they wouldn't reply or correct the over charges. We finally disputed charges with our credit card company until the errors were corrected. This was never resolved so I canceled our service. Upon canceling the billing remained messed up and they still owed us $28 in addition to the disputed credit card charges. The billing department agreed they owed us the $28 and closed the account stating we would receive a credit the next billing cycle. Which we did. Fast forward 3 months, we receive a letter from a collection company stating we owe them $169! No explanation or supporting documentation of the charges. We disputed the charges with the collection agency and they replied that the water company wasn't in agreement and to proceed with collection! What company agrees to close an account and gives you a refund they legitimately owe you and turns around 3 months later using a collection agency to collect money they say you still owe them. All disputes we had were due to their negligence. Either product was never delivered or we were double charged etc. I can't tell you how many hours I've spent trying to resolve issues caused by them and it continues to be unresolved. They want to sign you up on auto-pay, which was great, but they came back to me and said the debit wouldn't go through my account, so they charged me $25.00! I've NEVER written a hot check in my life, and my account had PLENTY of money to cover the charges. CS was rude and couldn't give me an explanation, didn't care, and said NOPE, we won't refund you.
