Less than two years ago, George installed a water filtration system in my home. He was friendly and…read moreseemed trustworthy at the time. However, from the start, there were issues: he wasn't able to filter all my water lines. My laundry room and guest bathroom were left unfiltered, which was disappointing, but I accepted it. About 2-3 weeks ago, my house flooded. I discovered that George had tied into my water line in a highly unusual and unsafe way, using four SharkBite fittings -- which are intended only for temporary fixes. The leak occurred under my water heater, allowing water to flow into my master bedroom and flood the entire room. As a result, I've spent over $1,000 repairing plumbing and replacing my carpet. On top of that, I spent an entire Saturday night vacuuming water and tearing out the padding under my carpet to minimize damage. I have attempted to contact George multiple times to see how he can help rectify this situation, but he has not returned any of my messages. I want to warn others: George may be personable, but his installation work is unprofessional. If something goes wrong, don't expect him to take responsibility.

I had a full house water softener with a carbon filter installed, as well as an under the sink RO filter. Texas water is not the hardest water, but there is a palpable difference with a softener installed. The RO water also tastes great and everybody always compliments it, and even the picky dog guests love it. I have nothing but great things to say about Joe and his team. Their attention to detail from explaining the different systems, what it does, up to installation, and even post installation and checking in after is unmatched. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Joe and co again.

Have been a customer for years, until this week. We were supposed to get a delivery on Monday…read more6/02/2025, and nothing showed all day. I called Customer service, and they stated that they would place us on priority delivery the next day 06/03/2025 and would not charge for delivery, due to the inconvenience. On 06/03/2025 delivery no shows, and cannot get through to customer service, via chat or phone, so I call on 06/04/2025. While on hold, I log into the website to see if there is any information there. On the website it states "We ran out of your ordered products, and ETA for delivery is now 06/05/2025". I stay on hold, as I now definitely need to speak with someone, and then I hear "Thank you for calling, please rate your representative and how they handled your issue". So I hung up and called back, and was on eternal hold again for 15-20 minutes, and the same thing happened. This went on until noon, when finally a representative answers, and asked how they can be of service? I said I wanted to cancel the account, and proceeded to tell him why. He then stated "This has been placed in escalation, and you'll have to talk with that department", and placed me on hold. After 10 minutes the phone clicked off. Water may be good but the customer service is non existent, if you can even reach anyone. Website has a chat feature, that is automated, and your not chatting with anyone but a computer. Would highly recommend NOT getting service through this company. For the price they charge for the product, and delivery, you can purchase a whole house water filter. Good luck with this one.

It has been since April of 2024 that my home has not been completed, from the damages this company has created. I've contacted Don, John, Yeshua, Tina, and I still have all the text, voicemails of the bs they tell me that they are going to get it handled and nothing ever happens. I have stress over this situation almost daily and the anxiety I have every time I hear water running in my house I think it's something leaking. Along with not getting the customer service that I was promised, my system has leaked and created more damages and I've had water spots since the system was put in. No one ever came to assess any of this and the company Paul Davis that is waiting to fix the damages that have been done to my home cannot get a hold of Puragain to start. I have even set up an appointment and waited for the technician to show up and no one even came. My husband and I both work hard to have what we have and for this company to come in and damage my new home and ghost me, I JUST WANT MY HOUSE FIXED. I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS.
