    The water started to taste like plastic. Very unhappy with the service too. 100% don't recommend in Texas. SD we had a different experience.

    Rance is AWESOME, he's always so friendly and works so hard. BEST customer service around and the water is my favorite.

My very first water delivery got bumped, I received notice by text. Called the customer service number on the text, and the recording stated that they had too high a call volume to even be put on hold, then disconnected. Called another 800 number and spoke to a lady from another part of the country and she reported that due to a change in routing to make things more efficient, my deliver was bumped. I asked how that is more efficient and she said she didn't know. She said she would have someone else call me. No one called. I called back 12 hours later and spoke to a different lady. She said about the same thing. This time someone called back about 14 hours later and left a voicemail asking me to call her back before 12:30pm. I called at 12:18pm, she didn't answer. I left a message, no call back. I called 800 number again. Another nice lady stated she would give me two bottles of water free and have local office call me. I checked my account hours later, no credit. Never received a call. I've resorted to using a funnel to fill the spill proof top on the empty bottle. They are no longer spill proof once they have been used once because they are not designed to be filled again at the house. I suppose I'll have to get my own dispenser and lug bottles back from HEB.

    Have been a customer for years, until this week. We were supposed to get a delivery on Monday…read more6/02/2025, and nothing showed all day. I called Customer service, and they stated that they would place us on priority delivery the next day 06/03/2025 and would not charge for delivery, due to the inconvenience. On 06/03/2025 delivery no shows, and cannot get through to customer service, via chat or phone, so I call on 06/04/2025. While on hold, I log into the website to see if there is any information there. On the website it states "We ran out of your ordered products, and ETA for delivery is now 06/05/2025". I stay on hold, as I now definitely need to speak with someone, and then I hear "Thank you for calling, please rate your representative and how they handled your issue". So I hung up and called back, and was on eternal hold again for 15-20 minutes, and the same thing happened. This went on until noon, when finally a representative answers, and asked how they can be of service? I said I wanted to cancel the account, and proceeded to tell him why. He then stated "This has been placed in escalation, and you'll have to talk with that department", and placed me on hold. After 10 minutes the phone clicked off. Water may be good but the customer service is non existent, if you can even reach anyone. Website has a chat feature, that is automated, and your not chatting with anyone but a computer. Would highly recommend NOT getting service through this company. For the price they charge for the product, and delivery, you can purchase a whole house water filter. Good luck with this one.

One of our favorite touches was the coffee setup--there were three different ways to make coffee: a French press, a percolator, and a traditional coffee pot. It felt indulgent and intentional, like staying somewhere that truly understands how important a great morning coffee can be. Sitting back and enjoying coffee together made our mornings feel slow, cozy, and special. The location was unbeatable. Being so close to the Silos made exploring Waco incredibly easy, and there were fantastic restaurants of every kind just minutes away. Whether we were heading out for the day or coming back to relax, the home was the perfect retreat--peaceful, stylish, and welcoming. This rental added so much joy and comfort to an already meaningful birthday celebration, and it's a place we'll always associate with beautiful memories. You have to wait hours on hold to speak with a representative--when I first opened my account for my rental property, it took multiple phone calls for them to activate my online account and grant me access to it. I FINALLY got my online autopay set up in January, for me to receive a bill in the mail today saying that my account is overdue. They just switched their online platform, and I was not informed. I NEVER received an email warning me to change online payment platforms and reupload my payment information. Maybe they sent a letter to my property, but I never received it. Today I got an overdue bill in the mail because waco water shut down their old payment platform, and canceled my autopay enrollment. Very frustrating. A simple email could have made this so much easier. An open office with people to speak to would make this so much easier. It boggles my mind that schools are in person, but the city of waco water office is closed.

In order to add an account and pay online you need the amount you last paid, which isn't on the bill nor have I ever been sent a receipt for.     If I could give a zero star I would. I lived in one of their duplexes for two years. When my lease…read morewas coming up I looked for a new place and found a house that better suited my needs. When it came to Harrell being cooperative with me or the new leasing company, it was awful. They were rude and short and would not help me with any documentation I needed for the new leasing company. Thank goodness the new company accepted screen shots. Now, on to the move out process with Harrell. I followed all move out instructions and requirements to the letter. I also got my carpets professionally cleaned and deep cleaned my unit and appliances over three days. Per my lease, I paid $1000 security deposit, $400 in pet deposits, and $65 for my garage remote... again per the lease, all refundable. I'm not the best at math, but that adds up to $1465.00. Knowing this, why did Harrell say that the deposit amount was $1315.00? That didn't add up. On top of that, they took $583.43 from the $1315.00 deposit. They cited $354.38 for painting and $91 for cleaning! I have never not gotten my full deposit back and couldn't believe what they took. They also cited things that were not accurate such as missing bulbs and a smoke alarm battery. All of my bulbs were working and none of my alarms were beeping when I left the unit. I don't even care about the little stuff though. I just can't get how they charged me for painting and cleaning. I will never use them for anything ever again.
