However, after telling them the space is maybe not even 1200 SF and not all rooms need to be completed and cabinets do not need to be cleaned - it didn't matter. They still brought 5 people to my mothers home. Who were all making 35 an HOUR. With 5 people, I figured 2 hours of working would suffice. I then received a call at 10:30 (start time was 8am) asking for another hour of time. So my nice gift to my mother has turned into a $700+ investment. To say I regret this is putting it lightly. The representative on the phone made it seem like $300 was the "estimate", but instead, is was the "initial" deep cleaning investment - but ONLY if you sign up for recurring cleanings. If you are okay to spend $1000+ on your house being cleaned, go for it. But unfortunately, I wont be able to recommend D&B to any of my friends or family who are actually on a budget.
