Since I live on the Southside, I was happy to find a cleaning service willing to brave the traffic to get to me. CEO Maids was great about not making an issue about my location. A month ago, there was a problem with their scheduling system and my cleaning crew didn't show up at all. We cleared up that problem recently. Also, cleaning crews would routinely show up late. Their website is generally easy to use--except you don't have the capacity to change the date of an upcoming cleaning appointment there. You have to call in to do that, and their phone number is a bit hard to find on the website.
