I didn't share my concerns right away, but I should have because Maxine was very responsive and committed to making things right. She offered to have the areas I was unhappy with retreated, which I really appreciated. Matthew came out for the follow-up service and was very pleasant, professional, and thorough. The owner went above and beyond to understand the cleaning code, get the best products to use, and forming the best strategy to balance risk management but improving the state of the chairs. I understood he couldn't guarantee results, but felt that he worked hard and long to ensure the best outcome possible. In the end, we did see a big improvement in the chairs, and while they don't look brand new, it's much better. Communication was also easy throughout the process, and price was very reasonable after I checked with other companies as well. I'd recommend and use him again.

Over a year ago, I requested quotes on Yelp for sofa cleaning. Of the quotes I got back, H Town Steam was the most competitive. I didn't end up booking at the time, but circled back a few days ago and asked them to confirm the pricing from before. They responded right away and I got it scheduled. We had to adjust the timing a couple of times, but they were responsive and accommodating throughout. Shai showed up and did a great job on the cleaning. There was a small discrepancy between the price I was quoted and what he had on hand, so I flagged it and showed him my conversation with their sales rep. He called management on the spot and got it corrected immediately. Great first experience overall -- I'll definitely use them again.
