The work this company did was decent but not great I would not recommend them. The owner of this business is extremely rude and insulted and belittled me whenever I found a problem with his work. He made a major mistake with my backsplash and then would not take responsibility for it. When it came to billing I believed he was overcharging me and not being honest about how much it cost. So I asked him to send me an invoice of all of the work that I had done he told me to "take a hike" I have the text to prove it. A business owner should always treat their customers with respect especially when a problem arises and there is absolutely no professionalism here. Do not ever get work done from this place. If you still decide to work with his business please be wary and get everything on paper. Because he will talk in circles and try to fool you. We had our floors done with them and we absolutely loved it! Zee ( I think his real name is Zafir) was my floor consultant had been very nice in answering my inquiries and was very patient and polite with me. They even ordered the type of insulation I wanted! He was always available when I call him to ask questions. I put my trust in them and gave me beautiful floors! The 2 brothers that worked on my floor was very efficient and prompt. They were also very professional and they always clean up at the end of the day. I absolutely recommend them. They give top and quality service! read more

Sam did a few jobs for my mom for some of her house remodels and had only good things to say about him, his dependency & flexibility and craftsmanship so I decided to go with him. He immediately came out and gave me a complete quote for all the work I was asking for. Answered all my questions and not once acted as if he was in a rush. We finalized a contract and started the work a few weeks later spanning a two and a half week remodel job. The work was done quickly and the craftsmanship looked professional. This was my first experience with Sam's flooring. I needed new carpet and wood stairs installed. Greg was absolutely fantastic. He helped me choose just what I needed and was prompt with his quotes. They were able to install a few day's after I made my first al decision and it was a positive experience. The wood installer worked very hard and finished in one day and the carpet was installed the following day. Greg came by each day to check on things and called me twice during the installation to make sure everything was going correctly. My house looked beautiful when they were all finished. Several months following Harvey we contacted Sam to install carpet, tile, kitchen counter quartz and backsplash. We wanted a completely different look than before. Sam helped us with recommendations. I would suggest using the thickest carpet pad and carpet one can afford. Also the white tile we selected remains shiny 6 months after installation. We have a small group visit every week. Each time we have a new guest they marvel at how shiny the tile is and how soft the carpet is. Note I have folks remove their shoes when coming into our house. I always try and support a small business, this time it backfired. The carpet and padding are great, the price was better than the big home stores, but the installers are seriously lacking. They arrived late, noon for a 12-14 hour job, damaged the walls an furniture when they moved it, didn't finish the job and failed to return twice to complete the job as promised. The work they did was good, but they were like bulls in a china shop while handling and moving items. read more

My wife and I were shopping for tile for two bathrooms and carpet for two bedrooms. For some reason I assumed that Lowes would be able to beat the pricing of "the little guys" because of their buying power, but boy was I wrong. I was about to pull the trigger and go with Lowes without even shopping around, but on a whim at the last minute, I called Sam at Sam's Flooring Gallery. Sam himself came out to the house, brought samples, measured and wrote up a quote which was significantly less expensive than the one I had received from Lowes. Needless to say, we went with Sam's Flooring Gallery, which is a family business, which really means something - like personalized service, workers showing up when they say they are going to show up, and going the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied. The work they did was exceptional. The workers spoke good English, were courteous and friendly, and worked very hard - they have obviously been doing this a long time because tile work is a craft and they did some beautiful work. I bought a brand new house in Sienna. I didn't want to pay for builder upgrades so i went with the basics. After closing I had Sams Flooring come out and tear out all floors which includes tile, and carpet. I picked out a nicer grade of carpet for upstairs and wood for stairs and down stairs. I have had sooo many compliments and people wanting to know who did my floors. I love the job that Sam and Cuong did. Not to mention they did it in the time they said and finished the same. When we purchased our house we contracted Sam's Flooring Gallery based on our realtor's recommendation to replace our kitchen's counter tops, redo the kitchen floor and back splash, paint the house and install wood floor in the lower level. The craftsmanship of his wood floor installer was awesome. Besides painting the house, his painter fixed a wall so well that the results were as though there had never been a problem there! Outstanding work!!! Our kitchen, Sam went out of his way to accommodate our requirements... and again it turned out gorgeous. Recently we went back to Sam's shop to buy carpet for our rooms upstairs. We got an excellent quality carpet, cheaper then many other shops in town. Believe me, I did shop around. And guess what? The installers were "AWESOME"... yes capital letters!!!!! They arrived around 10am and worked almost until 8pm.... Could not ask for more. They were very careful covering they pathways, clean, organized and super professionals. Totally recommend Sam! Horrible! A "two day" project of a mere 320 square feet of wood flooring took NINE days and still isn't right. Switched product on me, stating what I saw in the showroom was "no longer available".... Final straw was attempting to pass off cheaply rigged and totally mismatched and unacceptable T-moldings. Worst service I've had in Sugar Land in a decade! I'll have to pay someone else to correct the damages Sam's "crew" had inflicted upon my home. Steer clear; completely unethical IMHO. read more
