So impressed with R&R! They were on time. They even called me when they were 30 minutes away! I found their prices a little more expensive than the last carpet cleaner I used, but R&R is better at removing stains than the less expensive competitor. It's something one has to choose: cleaner carpets for a decent price or less clean with a lower price. Very polite and on-time, but I won't be using them again. The carpets looked great when he left, but as they began to dry it was obvious that the soap and dirt hadn't been completely rinsed from the carpet. As the water evaporated we were left with streaks and large patches of dirt coming to the surface of the carpet. FIRST OFF: Robert has a 7 day guarantee on carpet cleaning- this man is serious about his work!! Robert is a one man show! I have spent probably 4 months (since the day I got my very un-potty trained puppy) debating if it was time to have my carpets cleaned and by whom. I received quotes, did research on the best company to remove urine odors and stains, and finally pulled the trigger with R&R. Robert called and we spoke about pricing and set up a time for him to come out. He was upfront in letting me know that set in urine stains may not completely ever come out. I knew this going in as I had been obsessively googling but he said he'd do everything he could! I was given a time from of 12-1 and he texted me confirming our appointment, address, and his arrival time. He was prompt, quick to unload his equipment and was genuinely appreciative when he saw all the items I had already removed from the area to be cleaned. At the last minute I asked how much it would cost to clean my couch cushions (little man couldn't hold it long enough to jump off the couch) and he threw that in for a very inexpensive price and had all the tools to take care of it.
