So impressed with R&R! They were on time. They even called me when they were 30 minutes away! I found their prices a little more expensive than the last carpet cleaner I used, but R&R is better at removing stains than the less expensive competitor. It's something one has to choose: cleaner carpets for a decent price or less clean with a lower price. I was so impressed because they were able to remove "Pet-related" stains from around the house that have been there for over six months - don't judge ;-) As well as "kid stains" from family visiting and other "oops" situations. Very polite and on-time, but I won't be using them again. The carpets looked great when he left, but as they began to dry it was obvious that the soap and dirt hadn't been completely rinsed from the carpet. As the water evaporated we were left with streaks and large patches of dirt coming to the surface of the carpet. This was a few days before my at-home wedding so I didn't have the time to fix it...very disappointing. It looked just terrible.
