I asked him the cost he told me $60 I told him I don't include that in my budget so I can come back next week. After I paid for my oil change then he proceeded to tell me he could've gotten me 20% off the filter, I told him well lets do it then, so then he tells he's already charged me & he can't add it to the bill. I found that odd but I went with it, told him I can come back next week. Then he tells me next week the filters are probably going to be full price. So what just happened there, I'm confused and unsatisfied customer.
