Thorough and professional!!! Finding a quality house cleaner who is professional, honest, reasonably priced, and hard working is very hard to find in South Florida. After having poor cleaning jobs done by two different cleaners who came highly recommended by friends, I went to Yelp and started researching house cleaners. Some didn't get back to me while others quoted me a high price over the phone (without even looking at my home). Sparkling Klean Josephine (Joey is the owner) had the best reviews on Yelp, and I thought, "Could they really be that good?" The answer is YES! Joey responded to me quickly and set up a time to come and view my home for a quote. She confirmed the appointment the day before and showed up 5 minutes early. She gave me a reasonable quote and was extremely personable. The day of my cleaning Joey showed up with two associates (sometimes she works with 1 person and others times 2). They arrived on time and showed up in matching company t-shirts. They did a fantastic job, and were extremely thorough. My place has never looked cleaner thanks to Joey and her team! As I tend to be very exacting in how I want my home cleaned, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Josephine has been more than accommodating in meeting my demands. She's willing to do it "my way" rather than insisting that she knows best or telling me yes and then ignoring what I want. Josephine cancelled two appointments to clean an apartment that had a tenant inside. I mentioned to her their was a few bugs that the tenant had complained about but a an exterminator had been and stated it was not bad. I asked Josephine to do a deep clean and get behind the appliances and that the apartment was cleaned a month ago, before the tenant moved in so it was not bad. Saw her good reviews and thought I found a trustworthy professional as I am out of state. Found her not to be reliable and is not insured per the guidelines of the condo association to let contract persons into the community. Josephine may be best for simple countertop maid cleaning but I think not in the market for deep cleaning work. read more

Used them this weekend after termite tenting before moving in to our now home. Older house old bathrooms fixtures and she did great job no trace of dead critters and tiles and grout in bathroom were super clean. Affordable and prompt. Will def use again. read more
