I've never been happy when I've done this in the past, so I researched as thoroughly as I could--I looked online for what to expect, how to prep, and how to find the right professional. I read reviews for Renato, and I'm so happy I found him! His reviews were glowing on Google and Yelp. We arranged for a one-time deep clean, with the possibility of monthly maintenance cleaning if all went well. Yeah, it went well. He came out for a walk-through and we found him so pleasant, and he gave me a reasonable price, so we scheduled it. On the day, he was punctual and professional. He got straight to work, and it was no small feat, but he worked so thoroughly and diligently. We are two long-haired adults with a small fuzzy dog, so you can imagine the mess we make... By the time he was done we were nearly in tears. This house has NEVER been so clean. We gave it a white-glove check after he left, which was AMAZING. But the most surprising thing is that now, 2 weeks later, we're STILL coming across little details that we missed but he hadn't. I think he touched every open space in this whole house--and he didn't just wipe the surfaces, he polished them. Somehow, the house is even staying clean--what sorcery is this? Hiring him for regular cleanings? Oh yeah. Recommend him? OH YEAH.

Renato and team arrived on time, took a quick tour of the house and went to work. Every nook and cranny addressed, every baseboard and window sill wiped clean, even the Oven exhaust vents were taken down and expertly cleaned like new. Who does that? Renato does! This service is on the more expensive side, but over the years I have had cleaners who have charged as much or even less and delivered far less that the end result with Renato. I originally contacted the owner, Andrew, who provided me with an estimate that seemed fairly priced. Once I was ready to book the appointment Andrew was out of the office and advised me to contact the office. I used the online portal to book and to my surprise the estimate was higher than Andrew had quoted. Although I was hesitant to book because of the inconsistent pricing, with all the positive reviews I decided to schedule the appointment anyways. Rosy arrived 15-20 minutes after the booking which was scheduled for 9:30am, no big deal. She was very sweet however, there was language barrier. Nonetheless she was prepared with using a translation app. Doing a walk thru of the empty residence, I pointed out everything that needed to be cleaned (walls, fixtures, blinds, floors, cabinets inside and outside and closets) this took probably another 30-45 min going back and forth using the translate app which got a bit tedious. I left the residence for her to clean and requested notification when she was close to being finished for me to inspect. Close to dinner time maybe around 7pm I had returned to the residence without receiving any notification on Rosy's status. When I arrived she was by herself still cleaning. What she did clean looked amazing however what she did not clean was definitely noticeable. I was extremely surprised that only 1 person came to clean because this was suppose to be a post construction, deep clean, which would require more than 1 person IMO. Nonetheless, I pointed out some blinds she failed to clean in the master bedroom where construction was had. In front of me, she took a rag and did a superficial wipe down (she did not clean the blinds individually therefore there was still residue left on them). Also noticed the sconces on the stairway were not dusted and she did a quick wipe. At this point anything I pointed out that she had missed felt rushed. Before I could finish my inspection of the cleaning Rosy left! For the next hour I took photos and videos of me wiping missed areas throughout the house and sending them to the office. They suggested Rosy to come back the next morning to finish the job however, this was scheduled for the job to be completed on the same day and I had movers scheduled the following day. Therefore, I declined their offer. For the next few weeks I received consistent follow up text messages eager for someone to return to complete the job. At this point, the services I needed were incomplete since it was for a move in deep clean and now I was moved in. I repeatedly declined their offer as it just seemed to be a hassle and inconvenience with trying to sort out belongings and feel settled in. At a certain point Andrew reached out to me and he was apologetic but again requested for me to send the same photos and videos that I had initially sent to the office of my dissatisfaction with the job. By this time I was annoyed and wanted to be done. I resubmitted the photos and videos and attempted to negotiate on pricing. I came up with a reasonable amount IMO which was half off. Instead Andrew wanted to note every little thing that was not done and minus the cost of that from the total. In the end, we came to agreement of cost. I made a few suggestions such as having more cleaners to come so the job could be executed as expected. In summary, I'm sure this is a good company however, for my needs it was less than satisfactory.

I said to myself "there is someone who is going above and beyond what typical housecleaners do." So I hired her -- and she is everything her reviews said she is. My house has 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms ---- and we have 3 dogs who are heavy shedders. She doesn't just dust around items -- she moves them -- even those on the top shelves. -- and puts them back in the same place. We had our kitchen remodeled two years ago -- there is a ledge above the cabinets that she cleaned -- and she brought down pieces of sheet rock, nails, and screws that had been left behind. She takes pride in her work -- and your house will be clean from top to bottom when she leaves. And to top this off -- she is really a nice person. I can't say enough good things about Brittany!

This past Friday Britney visited my new home and did a clean for me and my two bedroom two bath, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. She took her time paid attention to details and definitely listened to the things that I had pointed out which I wanted to have cleaned or for her to take a look at. If you're looking for cleaning service, I highly recommend using Queen B Cleaning, you will not be disappointed. I wish I could remember her name, but I'm like that with names. I just remember she was polite and professional and did a nice job cleaning my house. I'd use them again.

The areas cleaned were cleaned well and we were able to have the same person come in repeatedly without issue. Someone will come out to give you and estimate. That estimate will come within a day or two on line and you can accept it on line. If you do- someone will call you back to schedule. Super easy. Their window cleaner extrodinaire, Dennis, showed up on time, walked with me through my house so I could point out some of the tougher windows (grates on outside or window treatments that didn't move) and then I left Dennis to work his magic. And he definitely worked it. I had him do inside and out and the windows were spotless! He even did a walk around afterward to make sure I was pleased and touched up a couple of spots that were missed or just needed a little extra help. Definitely worth the money and I rarely say that after a service call. All in all- a great experience and I will definitely be calling them again the next time the jewels of my home have dulled! Loved, loved, loved the way Butlers in the Manor cleaned my apartment. Came home to a very clean and fresh smelling apartment (nothing overwhelming or flowery). Have lots of little trinkets in my place and all the surfaces were dusted, everything put back where it belonged. Lots of attention to detail... toilet paper folded over, kitchen and bathroom towels folded. Felt like I was in a hotel, not my apartment! All the pillows and throws were thoughtfully arranged, despite the fact that I didn't leave them in any thoughtful way in the first place!
