At first, the staff seems genuine and friendly -- until you raise a valid question or concern. Then you're met with hung-up phone calls, outrage, name-calling, and even a slammed door. In January 2024, they installed an Interstate battery for me. By May, it had already gone bad. In November 2024, under warranty, they replaced it with a Duracell Gold -- which their own shop notes (and my voice recording) confirm they sourced from AutoZone. After installing it myself, I expressed concern about whether it needed coding. They offered to double-check if I brought it in, confirmed it didn't need coding, and sent me on my way. Fast-forward to this month, and that replacement battery failed testing. When I called to inquire about my warranty, I again expressed concern that the life of my battery was being affected by them not coding it into the car. Bryan hung up on me. When I called back, the shop owner, Ryan, was equally dismissive -- telling me the problem was "the way I was going about things" rather than addressing his staff's behavior. They insisted the battery had to sit on a charger for 24 hours. That "24 hours" stretched into 26+, with no proactive updates -- I had to call them. When I finally reached someone, they claimed the battery was now magically "100% good" and had "passed the load test." When I asked for proof in writing, I got more attitude, another hang-up from Bryan, and -- in person -- no greeting, just vague shop notes (no actual load-test printout), being told to "please leave," called "the rudest person" they've ever met, and having the door slammed in my face. They also tried to tell me my car wouldn't even start without the battery being coded -- which is flat-out false. I've installed and driven with an uncoded battery before; it just shortens the battery's life. The only reason they even agreed to look at my battery was because I made it clear I'd go directly to Duracell for my 3-year warranty. Between the misinformation, refusal to provide proper documentation, and unprofessional behavior from both Bryan and Ryan, I'll be taking my business -- and my warranty -- elsewhere. If this is how they "specialize" in German vehicles, yet can't even properly install and code a battery to spec, I can only imagine the quality of their bigger repairs.

My experience with this company is definitely not a good one. First of all I was told it would be 2…read morepossible 3 weeks to fix why my car was fuel starved. It turned out to but just over 2 months of them having my car. I never harrassed with calls checking on it. Only calls made were because the employee lied and said he was "just finishing up rewiring the car back and he would call once he finished road test" and then poof no calls no nothing. My car sounded perfectly fine it just was starved of fuel and sputtered a bit. Now after getting it back it sounds like a diesal truck and smokes to high hell(I have a video 2 weeks before storing in my garage for winter of it running and doesnt sound like it does now nor did it ever smoke.. it did leak trans fluid from bullet but I told them about that). I was charged just over $1500 for something I was told should have been less than half that. Drove the car from their shop then literally got 2 blocks from home and she died. Was told it needed gas before I left so I had the person that followed me get me 5 gallons and tried to fire it up again and she knocks like a S.O.B. and wouldn't stay going. I had to get towed home. I took car to different shop and showed them the paperwork I got from this place and they just laughed at me and said you paid all that for this quality of work and they almost didn't want to work behind them but told me he would look at it when he got time and we could go from there. I definitely feel like they got over on me with the time frame they had the car and the work that was done. Not 1 time during this whole ordeal did they communicate ANYTHING to me just a bunch of we won't have time to finish today and it wil be done tomorrow which were all lies. The car is over 50yrs old and doesn't have much wiring to deal with but that seemed like his go to to stretch things out and just rob me of my hard earned money. Not happy at all with what was done and would never return nor recommend this place for anything vehicle related. He was pushing me to just LS swap the motor after I got upset for how long it's taking and for what they didn't do yet. It literally took him 6wks bedore tell me after I pulled up that they may need to drop gad tank and look inside WOWZERS. MOST would say why didn't I just take car from them when they were acting funny and my response is I already had time and some labor cost(money) invested and I hoped that they would do what they say they would but I was EXTREMELY wrong on that and it was a $1555 mistake. They literally removed old electronic fuel pump and added new one that they screwed and bolted to my tank with AN fitting and a regulator was added in bay area as well with new lines and thats it. 12hrs of labor cost but about $100 in parts and 2+ months of wasted time. That didn't and doesn't sit right with me at all. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK

Bove has been super busy, but they still got me in within a week. They actually have a drop box, but since I got there right before they closed, they went ahead and put my van in the gated area for me. The next day was the repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly and still took the time to check everything else. Turned out it was a heater hose (which is pretty common in my vehicle). They had to order the part and do an oil change, but everything was done by 8 a.m. the next morning! I'm more than satisfied. Oh--and when you get your oil changed there, they give you 6 months of roadside assistance! How cool is that?
