We needed to purchase a part for our RV and the man at the counter told us he had the part in stock , which we then paid for the part, he went to the back to retrieve the part and when he brought it to the counter it was the wrong part, when we questioned him about this we were told that we "could make it work " We asked for our money back and were told that they do not give refunds, only store credits. The sad part is that they now have $400 of our money and the correct part I ordered from Thetford was only $218 ! We have since talked to other RV'ers and ALL of them have said not to do business with these people. Beware these are bad people !

We were able to retrieve the mirror, called Mr. Batchelor who came to us and reattached the mirror which is permanently back where it should be.
