Paul who I'm assuming is over the parts department was very rude while servicing me. I was not knowledgeable about parts, so my mechanic sent me a picture . Paul first off sold me what he "thinks I need" instead of what I asked for . So when I went back, it was close to closing time . I told Paul I needed what was in the picture and he got so rude with me . He started saying how expensive the part was going to be and how they didn't have it in store. He was upset because it was time for him to go . Paul then precedes to mumble to his co worker to cut everything off because they were about to leave because they were quote, "doing free labor". He was very rude and I didn't appreciate it . I had just went to the Alexandria, La. location and the service was AMAZING!! I would drive back there before I step foot back into the Monroe, La. location . The whole experience there was bad , I do appreciate the manager, who took my complaint. As well as, the other nice employees (reasons I gave them 2 stars). I stopped in for an oil & fuel filter change 11/9/17 on my 2016 XD Diesel. After paying, I go to leave and there was a grinding noise at idle that wasn't there previously. They pulled the truck back under the service drive, a man in tennis shoes pops my hood and calls the service technician over, along with the service writer. He then calls me over and points at and grabs a heat shield, telling me that he has a 2016 and it makes sounds too. I tell him that mine doesn't make any unusual noises. This man in tennis shoes introduces himself as the service manager, Guy. The service technician takes my truck back to the service bay. It's back there for maybe fifteen or twenty minutes when I see it leave the property for a test drive and then return. He tells me that something was loose with the fuel filter and it's fixed. I go to leave and he was right, the noise was gone. My trip to Jackson, Mississippi was abnormal noise free, no trouble. When I arrive at the hotel, I was admiring the wash and noticed a very deep scratch on my hood that I'm 100% certain wasn't there. I immediately call the service manager and he tells me to send him a picture by email, which I did. 11/14/17 I sent him a reminder and he tells me he's in class and will call me in the morning, 11/16/17. He doesn't but then sends another email on 11/22/17 that he "HAVANT FORGOT ABOUT YOU, I HAVE TO TALK TO OWNER" Well, today is 12/13 and I've given up on this manager, Guy. He obviously has some communication issues. Stay away from service department here. Here is the email chain. He didn't call me one time. Here is an email response dated 11/22/17 "HAVANT FORGOT ABOUT YOU ,I HAVE TO TALK TO OWNER" Email response on 11/15/17 "I HAVE NOT FORGOT ABOUT YOU. My wife wanted to kick the tires on a Nissan Rogue after reading reviews and seeing an advertised price on Sparks' website. We drove to the lot and met Willie Bartmess. Willie showed her a couple of different Rogues, but would not acknowledge the advertised price. Told her she wanted "too much car" for the price she wished to pay. She'd secured financing with her credit union and expressed zero interest in financing with Sparks Nissan. That did not stop him from running her credit (unbeknownst to us)... we only found out he did that today after she received notice by mail that her credit had been checked at Sparks Nissan. In a nutshell, Mr. Bartmess would not acknowledge the advertised price for the Nissan Rogue, ran my wife's credit without her permission after she had stated multiple times she would be using her own financing, and played some shell game with inflated interest and prices and tried to convince it was a good deal. It has a happy ending though -- another Nissan dealership welcomed her financing and gave her the price she was looking for (thousands below what Sparks wanted). She has her loaded and brand new Caspian blue 2018 Nissan Rogue with all wheel drive with a great interest rate to boot! Vehicles are a big investment and can cost you dearly in the long run if you don't do your homework. You may have to go out of town or even out of state to get your best deal, but it could save you several thousand dollars on the cost and interest if you do. read more

It was never explained that the vehicle cost a certain amount but they were adding 6,087.00 in up charges to a vehicle they knew we were refinancing because of a better interest rate and now can't do that because the cost of the vehicle is way more than what it is worth. Stay away from Sparks Nissan & beware of purchasing an extended warranty thru Sparks from Foresight. I have never had a good service experience. The transmission just went out on my 2014 Altima which is a problem plaguing Nissan. The so called platinum warranty purchased from Sparks wants to repair my car with used parts. When I inquired about the warranty at Sparks I was told it covered the same components as the manufacturer warranty & was just an extension of that manufacturer warranty. Extremely far from the truth. The warranty cost was 2300.00 & my part of the repair bill will be a bit over 1500.00. read more

Went into Sparks to replace my tires. Service dept put on the donut and booked me a day later to put on the new tires. When the car came back I had a crack and damage to the front wheel arch and bumper. Guy (service manager) said he would look into it but never responded. I chased William Sparks who did respond, sorry 'Guy says his team didn't do it.' I certainly didn't do it and there was no opportunity for it to happen otherwise. Other dealers are professional enough to do a walk around the vehicle and note any damage before taking the car in. Obviously not this dealer. My family has had issues with this dealership for years at least 10 years. They never act professional when I go there and they aren't helpful whatsoever. If you choose to work at a dealership do your damn job instead of being lazy people. We tried to get a key fob re programmed and they didn't do it right and they are trying to make us pay $320 for something they should've done correctly I'm not paying at this dealership I'm going to the one back home at least I know they actually act professional and do their job correctly. THIEVES AND LIARS *** My wife and I went to look at a new Rouge Sport. We meet Willie Bartness. We made the deal on Saturday. Monday, they called and wanted the title for the car we traded in My wife told them that the bank had the title. . They said that we didn't tell Willie we owed on the car. WILLIE LIED. Both of us told him what the payoff was to the penny !!! The sales manager said that we had to pay our trade in off # WRONG. I told him just get my car and they could take the Rouge back. He said that they had already sold it and that it was theirs. I said you don't have the title, how did you sell it. Was then threatened with force and a lawsuit. #WRONG !!! Got on the phone with the owner, he said that he didn't have my car. He said that he would work on it and call me back in an hour or so. NO CALL BACK. I called them 3 times Thursday afternoon. Still working on it. So Friday my wife called and said she would be there @ 5: 30 to have her car out. She wouldn't let me go. She got her car back. They lied to us multiple times about everything. Worst experience at a dealership ever! I took my 2002 Kia Rio for wheel bearings. When I got it back 5 days later, my check engine light kept coming on because they damaged the wheel speed sensor. 2 days after getting it home and driving it on the highway 3 times, my wheel separated from the car. I called them the next morning per this occurred on a Sunday. An assistant answered, was informed of the situation, and we were told that the service manager was with a customer; but would be notified immediately. It's been a week and a half. I never received a call back to even see if I was okay, much less discuss how to rectify the situation. I've been tied up trying to figure things out on my own ever since. read more

Great experience for us. The salesman was professional yet down to earth. He worked hard to get us the deal we wanted. We told him what we wanted and he did everything he could to make it happen. We felt very little pressure. He was not in any hurry. He let us test drive every vehicle we wanted for as long as we wanted. He listened to us. My wife and I feel like we walked away with the vehicle we wanted without having to settle for something less. The only thing negative about our experience was that they did not let us know about how long the loan was for beforehand. read more
