my truck 2019 chevrolet silverado 104,000 miles, while driving i could tell it seemed like the…read moretransmission slipping & jumping from hi to low . so, i purchased a 3rd party warranty when i purchased the truck. took the truck to this shop. as days went by, it took a week and a half, to find out if and what part of the bill warranty was and was not going to cover. during this time, it was like pulling teeth to get answers from shop, for any question i had. after money was paid. the truck still was not fixed and still could not get a solid answer to when truck was going to be fix. i will never take a vehicle to them again. truck is still not fixed.

At 4:10pm the same day my truck was ready, and have not had a single issue. There is places that more time to change oil and rotate tires that they took to replace a transfer case and test drive a vehicle. The pictures that you see are a after result of going there…read moreturns out my truck really only had bad spark plugs and coils cause the intake manifold was leaking was told it was transmission well after 4,300 dollars later they told me they put a used transmission in while I thought I was getting a rebuild. I was upset but I said okay it's fine I guess still had problems with my torque converter main seal leaking well brought it back to them 3-4 times turns out they never replaced it they just added transmission oil back where it leaked out and glued the main seal with super glue and gasket seal. Found out by bringing it to another mechanic. Well they said I still had problems with my engine at the time I got it fixed but still did not address fixing the problems if there where any that it caused to fix it while under warranty. I believe they did this knowing if they fixed it they would have to come out of pocket for the expenses. Where am I now exactly I'm out of warranty and my transmission I believe went out today and leaked out all the transmission fluid from where they glued it at. Truthfully I feel hassled. I'm not one to post anything about a business but when you spend that much money and nothing is done about it you understand where I'm coming from. Be aware of this scam I recommend going to twin city over ever coming hear. Cause now I'm in a bind with no truck.
