Top notch said they would be out at 10am. One worker finally showed at 10:30. The person who was supposed to grind the stumps down arrive about 1/2 hour later. As I was preparing the ground to lay patio stones I found 2 stumps that had never been ground down. I left 2 messages asking Top Notch to return to grind the two stumps down because I could not move ahead with the patio stone project. Top Notch never retuned the calls. I paid $325 for 1 hour work that was never completed.
