I cannot say enough great things about Sparta. Ours was a quick residential project, but it was handled with attention to quality, safety, and customer service! I contacted Sparta using their web contact form after business hours and received a response from Marshall by the next morning, both by phone and email. We were having a swim spa delivered on an amorphous date in the next couple of weeks and need to have a crane available to fly the spa from the flatbed delivery truck to our back yard. We were given an estimate but also warned that it couldn't really be scheduled until we had firm details (and that the delivery driver would potentially have to wait if they were adding the project into their existing jobs). That was completely reasonable and I let them know that our driver was to give us 24-48 hours notice and that we'd contact Sparta as soon as we had the info. Naturally, the driver did NOT provide the notice expected. Only upon us asking did we find out the driver was expected the same evening or the next day. Marshall managed to give us a morning slot for the next day to support the project! The crane crew arrived right on time and were amazing at prioritizing traffic flow on our cul de sac. The delivery driver was quite late, but Sparta managed everything and ensured that our swim spa was flown safely into position.
