I Had my Lexus repaired here a few weeks ago, got into an accident and my passenger side door was…read moredented pretty badly. They did an excellent job. I was very impressed, my car looked brand new (in my third year of my lease), very professional work- it is very difficult to find a good body shop these days. Thank you very much!! #HappylittleyoungLady

My car was parked in a legal parking spot at JFK's Long Term Lot but the mall cop was on a power…read moretrip and said I could not park there even though the signs said no parking after August 12th (it was July but he didn't realize that we are not even in the correct month since he was on a power trip). The mall cop will call Ben & Nino to get your car towed and when you ask the Port Authority, they will say they didn't do this. Then the lady on the phone at Ben & Nino will argue with you and tell you that Port Authority approved it (which they didn't) and they even forge signatures on the tow consent form in order to make it look like it was approved. When you ask them who is the police officer that approved this, they will say they don't know their name. If your car was towed illegally, file a complaint with the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) and they will be required to respond and come up with a resolution. This is what I did and I got my money back! They still act like they didn't do anything wrong, but they should have verified first that the tow was legal prior to doing it. They just want to make some extra money and hope that most people don't know that we have a consumer protection bureau that will help. Don't let them get away with it. Take the time to file your complaint!
