When I called I was given a time range a couple weeks out that the estimator would call for access to the house, so that I could meet him there. (10 am to 1:00 pm on Friday the 19th) I tried to answer every call I received in that time range, but never heard from the estimator. At 1:54 pm while I was on another call, I received a voice mail from the estimator that he was on his way to the property and should be there by 2:00. I called him back at 2:03 and was told he was already there and had left. He would not return to the house and told me to call the office to reschedule.

If they're proud to support this administration, they should make it clear to their potential customers. Perhaps a MAGA sticker on the door or on all correspondence. Beyond offensive and mind-boggling that they would choose to potentially alienate 2/3 of their customer base. Glad I didn't give them a dime.

Been almost a year since I hired this company to install a door closer at my business. They…read moreinstalled a closer that broke the same day. Cody came back and took the closer off the door and said he would be back the following day to replace it. He has never returned. He and his wife have given me excuse after excuse. They promise to refund the money and then do not show up, just like he didn't show up to fix the door. They are thieves, plain and simple.
