Then they will sit on your house for months, just hoping someone will want to go look at it, with no real sales skills. The house did have walk-throughs, but then they would never go sweep a floor or dust anything down. Even making you aware that the home was getting unappealing was too much for them. The yard had gotten out of control, and it wasn't until I had inquired about it that they suggested having the yard mowed and trimmed up. When I had asked how things were going, it was an excuse after excuse on how it's my problem, the house isn't selling. Right off the bat, too, they never listed the brand new features with the home, and never emphasized the selling point of the home. Their answer to everything was "keep dropping the price". this was so pathetic. I believe these people are a self-licking ice cream cone while your house is rotting out on the market.

Beware: If you're a vendor/contractor and are contacted to do a job for ERA Agent, Becki Bolton you…read moreexpect to either get paid months late or in our most recent case, not at all. In May, our business was contacted by Becki to do the lawn maintenance on a home she was the selling agent for. We were hired to do the yard maintenance weekly or every other week depending on the need. Previously we had done work for her and didn't get paid for 2 months so when we didn't get paid from her for two months we didn't think too much about it. In July, we noticed a rental sign was up and one of our crew members was interested so we contacted Becki to inquire about the home rental. At that point Becki informed us that she was no longer the agent and we should've stopped doing the lawn maintenance a month prior. She blamed it on the client, whom we were never given the contact info for and had never dealt with. We were hired by Becki yet she felt no need to contact us to cease services. When she gave us the homeowners information in late July we called him and he was completely in shock that she blatantly lied to us saying he was to contact us to stop services. It is now October and we have not been paid a single dollar from ANY of the work from May-July. Becki has been unhelpful, unprofessional and has screwed us out of 300 plus dollars. We contacted the broker in charge Michael Solomon and he didn't give it 5 minutes of his time. Apparently, if Becki doesn't sell a house for someone she just washes her hands of anyone that needs to be paid for services she personally requests for that home. Shame on this agent and shame on ERA.
