The lady I spoke to on the phone about picking it up to get fixed was very pleasant also, however forgot to mention that supposedly the person listed on the registration needed to be present and wasn't when I first came to pay the daily growing bill for it sitting there. Then when my husband and I showed up first thing the next morning, not only were we already charged again for another day of storage, an hour into the day, but he NEVER once checked my husbands license or the registration, so clearly I could have picked it up the day before. They also are very adamant about getting their payment in cash, and we couldn't even go back to see the car while waiting for AAA to show up, unless we paid them first.

Pat came and had to use skids to get my car on his truck because the front wheels were locked up. He was skillful and friendly. The courteous lady in the office kept me informed of when Pat would arrive and what was going on with my insurance. Breaking down was definitely a bad situation but with the kind, experienced people at Pat and Son Towing taking my car to the dealership for repairs, it made my day a whole lot better!

We knew this was not your average tow. Kaleb assured us he would do it and come out after noon on a Wednesday. By 7pm, still no tow truck. We called and they explained that there had been an accident preventing them from coming. I understand that things happen, but my Mom waited ALL DAY for them to come. A simple phone call would have been the nice, expected, professional thing to do. In any event, they assured us they'd be there the next day at 10am. They finally showed up closer to noon, and decided that the tow was 'not worth our trouble' due to the location of the vehicle. No discussion of options to maybe move the car closer to the road or anything. Simply said they wouldn't do it and left. I called Kaleb to ask what happened and he lied. If you need to just roll up and get something done they are very fast. Average time for me has taken maybe an hour to get a lot of things done. You can bring your own parts or have them order it. Lots of the times I will bring my own and just pay for labor. Up to you. This past time I got front brake pads and a caliper replaced. The mechanic took me back to the shop and showed me what the difficulty was so that I didn't think I was getting scammed. I appreciate that and they remember every time that I bring my car in there.
