There were very few days when somebody from Victory wasn't at work on our pool, hardscape or landscape. And there was never a time when we couldn't reach somebody if we had a question or request. In fact our Designer (Andy) left the day our dig began, but it made no difference as Nate (co-owner), Sean (co-owner), Pedro (site super) or his apprentice Michael, all immediately stepped up to make sure things progressed smoothly (and beautifully). We were about to contract with another firm but as we had 3 upcoming vacations taking us away during construction, I was concerned for all the miscellaneous and unsupervised "subs" the other firm utilized. But with Victory everyone is dedicated (and held accountable!) to them. The fact that Victory outfits everyone in "team shirts" tells you something about how Nate and Sean run this business. (Think about it - its pretty nice when you wake up to strangers working in your backyard - yet you recognize everyone of them belongs by their similiar Victory attire). Not only is the pool, yard, and daily clean-up first rate, but the equipment installed is as well. Now I have as maintenance-free a pool as I could have desired. And one who's style suits our lifestyle, house, and view perfectly. If I ever build another pool I will definetly use Victory again.

The design process was outstanding from the very beginning. Jeff Hyler (our designer) was incredibly knowledgeable, creative, and professional. During the very first onsite visit, he measured the space and produced an initial design complete with pricing and visual renderings. That immediate concept helped us clearly understand what was possible within our budget and set Thunderbird apart from every other company we interviewed. None of the other vendors offered anything close to the same level of interactive design capability or onsite visualization tools, and it made an excellent first impression. After comparing proposals from multiple pool builders, including pricing, pool size, and features, we ultimately chose Thunderbird Pools because of the quality of the design process, our confidence in the team, the professionalism of the company and staff, and the overall value offered. The showroom in Surprise offered various color options and the designer Jeff was extremely helpful in making selections! Before construction and permitting began, communication was excellent. Once the project started, Joe Hernandez was onsite regularly and did an exceptional job overseeing the subcontractors and maintaining quality control. His experience was obvious, and he consistently paid attention to details, communicated expectations clearly, and kept the project moving efficiently. We always felt confident that the schedule, workmanship, and overall project quality were being managed closely. We were also impressed with the subcontractors Thunderbird used throughout the project. They were skilled, professional, punctual, and worked efficiently according to the company's online schedule and project portal. They never left construction debris when they were done and tried to keep the area very clean. Thunderbird's internal project managers also communicated consistently through phone calls and emails, keeping us informed during each phase of construction. Overall, the company demonstrated excellent organization, communication, and project management from start to finish. Most importantly, the project stayed within our target budget, and the overall construction process went smoothly in the timeline anticipated. After completion, Brandon Thompson handled the equipment startup, testing, and training process. Brandon was outstanding , highly knowledgeable about all the pool systems, thorough in testing functionality, and extremely helpful with maintenance and scheduling recommendations. He not only completed the initial startup and training but also returned multiple times afterward to ensure everything was operating perfectly and to answer any additional questions we had. In the end, the project was completed on time, on budget, and exceeded our expectations. A lot of re-work for work that was not done correct the first time, messes being left in the yard, and poor communication. Now the cool decking is starting to lift. I notified Thunderbird about this weeks ago and included several pictures. I took the day off work to be here for the concrete company to do the work, two guys showed up, took pictures and left. We hired Damion, when he was first started off, I like the guy and I believe he knows what he is doing, the sad part however is after he re did our pool and it's beautiful except our lights don't work and Damion just choose to not stand by his work, after we found out what the problem is, he just ignored it. I have a leak and my cool deck is popping up, not His fault but still a problem so now 7 years later my pool looks like crap, and he is to busy.... I called and spoke with Brian, who set up a day to come out and look at the job. Was on time and showed up on the day he said he would. Gave me a quote and put me on the schedule to get fixed. They actually moved my up by a week because they time to fit me in. Pool tile was fixed on Friday 9-1-23 and Sunday we were using out pool again. An estimate was given to me and I was pleased. I changed pool service companies as I found the prior company was not communicating and at times didn't know what they were doing. All the employees have been wonderful to work with. They are responsive, they communicate, they are thorough and knowledgeable. I am very pleased I changed as they are still trying to correct bad service. You pay a little more, but it is worth it. I have found them to be responsive, knowledgeable, and professional.

He provided a us with bid but we wanted to get a couple others. When we finally got two other quotes, Alex was almost 25% cheaper. Even though his company is relatively new, we decided to give him a shot. We are so glad we did...the pool is sparkling and the equipment is running great! We couldn't be happier!
