She was also gentle with her, she had anxiety about it hurting. Despite me changing the type of service I made the appointment for, she was flexible and reassuring that it was ok. Would also like to shoutout the young lady that washed her hair (didn't get her name). She too, made her experience a great one.

I just experienced the most unprofessional experience with Brytani of Kidtacular…read more I booked two appointments with her today for my daughters, and she only finished one. She was late (which I excused), skipped the wash advertised, double booked my time and said she would be unable to finish the job because she could tell my daughter would be unable to sit still. (She experienced her running around while doing my other daughter's hair.) After explaining to her that she would be still once she's getting her hair done, she offered to do a quicker style or return in the morning. I told her I still prefer the style I showed her, which she did for my other daughter. She said she was unhappy with the quality of work, but I said I was happy with her work. At that point, she said she couldn't continue. I asked her several times whether she'd double booked (because she offered so many excuses), to which she finally said yes and that she would be an hour late if she started on my other daughter's hair. I reiterated that we agreed on a certain time, and that it's unfair for only one daughter to get her hair done. She offered to return in the morning and take money off, which amounted to only $5. I paid her her money and declined the morning appointment as she nonchalantly let herself out. I truly dislike leaving bad reviews, but this was too much.

So today traffic was horrible and I was late for my appointment. I was texted and told to reschedule. I explained about traffic, even offered to pay an additional fee only to be told this is policy. I sat in traffic 40 min and was 6 min away. I just think this was so wrong on so many levels. Sometimes we need to accommodate customers. What happened to excellent customer service?

The first time I got a full sew in with a frontal and the second time I got a traditional sew-in with leave out (pictures attached). The salon is nice and well kept. Sasha is very friendly, professional, and cares about the overall health of your hair. You can have her wash your hair before styling or come with it pre-washed choice is yours.
