I always dread going to Swan Lake Cemetary because in the past it has been a total mess. This year I was quite surprised that the location Pond was in excellent shape. All the flags and the poles were pristine and the grounds were well groomed... probably the best I have ever seen. As We were leaving we sound the grounds keeper working up front and I had to stop and give him kudos for the work he is doing there. He said it is under new management and this is only the beginning of what is to come. Thank You sir... keep up the excellent work.

They would just put them on the lower shelves or most of them went on the floor. It was hard to get up the courage to make that first phone call to them! They made it so much easier. I will never forget Susan Highberger's humor and kindness, she was wonderful! After emailing and telephoning back and forth for a couple months, we came up with gorgeous results for my mom. I was overwhelmed by the marker, the flowers in the vase and the spectacular view of the cemetery. The trees!! What I had dreaded became one of my favorite accomplishments.

It took forever to find the number to call and report it. I know that they purchased Perpetual Care, so I anticipated the problem being fixed AS I WAS ASURED IT WOULD BE. This Memorial Day when I found the stone still leaning I called again, livid! And I was told that "they" told her she could not do anything thing with the stone. What then, I asked, is Perpetual Care for? She said it was for the grounds. Does that mean if it hadn't been purchased they would't mow the grass? But why hadn't I received a call back in a year to tell me she was unable to fix the stone? I have now hired a monument company to install a new base, guaranteed for life. My Aunt and Uncle have undoubtedly rolled over in their grave at this treatment!
