I've been a member for around 3 years and for the monthly fee they charge i think they're a great deal, you'll pay considerably more at Snap! Fitness. I've never joined AP's classes so I cant commnet on them, but otherwise this is a very clean & well maintained gym. Though not as big or equipped with quite as much gear as the the larger gyms like 24 hour or Ballys, there is ample cardio and weight lifting machines and free weights to get you through any type of workout. I go every day and do both weights and cardio so I'm well familiar with this gyms offerings. Also nice is that members can use the gym 24/7 with a pass card they give. Nice to be able to workout at 4am if you so desire, or any other time. It allows you to workout on your own schedule, a big help to me.

Their patients and diligence to make sure you are doing the correct posture and technique to limit injury is spot on. They have plenty of variation to make sure that what you are doing is safe and to your skill level. This is not a lipstick gym nor a muscle gym. Everyone is very supportive and while it might seem intimating at first it is very comforting and inviting. If you are looking for something different this is the place to go. If you are in a rut and need to shed those extra pounds this is the place. If you are looking for a diverse workout this gym will deliver. Others are a bit more meditative. Very happy I found this. The variety is great so I can have some easier recovery days and some increased intensity. They provide high quality equipment and the instructors do a great job helping keep you mindful of your form and what muscles you should be hitting in each movement. They have a 3 week intro deal which is great way to check them out and try the different classes. If you do, I recommend trying a number of different classes because they all can be pretty different.
