She took pictures of my stands and body and showed me all my trouble areas before she started to work on me. In less than 30 minutes she was able to relax all my muscles. This is so hard to explain but before arriving to Kelly a lot of emotional stresses build up. Kelly was able to tell me I had a lot of angry emotions store in my body and put light pressure Kelly called it "this is your Joy" and asked how my chest felt. They use hot stones and play soft spa music in the background and use the perfect amount of pressure, asking a few times throughout if it was good enough or too hard. The pressure used during the massage was exactly what I was looking for and needed at the time. Craig used hot stones as well to help loosen the tissue and that was an added bonus. Craig is professional and welcoming. I did not receive an intake form prior to my massage and that would have been nice because I could have completed it in advance to give background information as that can be very important when working on someone for the first time. The massage space was comfortable although a bit difficult to find the correct entrance in the office building and I booked for a Sunday so all the doors were locked and I needed to call to figure out how to get in.
