And if you don't speak up, she will let you sit in the most uncomfortable of positions for an hour while the needles do their thing. So my rating is purely for the treatment and the results. My kink is usually gone after one visit with her. I haven't gone to her for anything more serious than that, but I'll update if I do (I hope I won't).
