After a friend suggesting the place to me and seeing many positive reviews online, i decided my situation was dire. With long, green, unlayered hair i entered Frances' beautiful salon. She greeted me warmly even as a new customer and handled my damaged hair with confidence. She explained what she was doing and why through each step of the color and styling. She also shared a lot of information on how to properly care for my dry hair. I asked if she carried bed head products as i had a favorite i ran out of a while ago. She said no, but said she can pick it up special for me in about a week. Very happy about her willingness to find whatever i was looking for. She managed me and another customer well, making sure neither of us were waiting any longer than it took our hair to set. Very comfortable conversation as well. The last salon i was at was another Milwaukee 2 years ago, and the experience was so terrible i tried to have friends and family do my cuts and colors since then.
