As a result, I was able to reuse most of the existing wiring, which significantly reduced the overall project cost - nearly cutting some competing estimates in half. The positive first impression carried out throughout the entire project. Both, the technicians and the owner were polite, responsive, and professional from start to finish. When I cancelled with a form that I have to fill out, there was no acknowledgement. They still debited my bank account. They argued that there was a 3 days cancellation policy; this 3 months after my 3 year contract has ended. I have to yell for them to promise a refund for only 1 month. I am holding my breath. If this goes on, I will take them to court.

I started having issues with my video card overheating, despite being on a cooling pad. After some research I determined that the issue was that the fans were probably either dead or failing and needed to be replaced. I called Adrian, who was able to pick up my laptop at my house and returned it to my house (sweet!). It did take almost 2 weeks for my laptop to be repaired as it is a computer that he doesn't usually work on so he didn't have spare parts just lying around (completely cool - I knew that was doing to happen). I had to reach out to him a few times for updates though. He also suggested that while he had it open he could upgrade the RAM which is a no brainer for me. All in all it works great - no issues now. I would recommend AZ Computer Services.

The job overall took him about 2 minutes, but he double checked everything before starting work and flagged a few items I should look out for in the future. To boot, he's a lovely guy with a very interesting background with a ton of specialized knowledge and training. I will absolutely call him for my next locksmith needs.

While on the phone getting inquiry's about this businesses services I was very hesitant to hire them because they sounded fairly incompetent to perform basic security duties. I could go on about the extent of the phone call but my real concern is after I did hire them (since it was short notice) I found them sleeping in the car on the job throughout the night. What kind of night time security sleeps on the job? I'm not in the security business so maybe i'm wrong but this isn't the type of services I wanted. I could have just paid my 5 year old son to take a nap instead.
