They have 3 floors of your usual materials like doors, windows, sinks, lighting, etc. Not many small items of antiques. I didn't visit the 1st level/basement since it's mainly doors and windows. So, if you're looking for something specific to bring some character back to your old house this is the spot, but I'd check out other stores for furniture or accessories.

While I can appreciate this, I think the threshold should be lower say $50. Why not empower your employees to give 10% off on items less than $100 if that's your threshold? All I wanted was a $10 price reduction. There were workers standing around cooling their heels and shooting the breeze who could have called the seller. She's running a business, and should treat any potential customers politely and with respect. Do not do business with this lady. I called to see if she would be interested in doing business with me, as I have several items that I would like to put on consignment. Before I could even tell her the details of my items, she quickly responded with "I'm not interested in anything you have." She then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I'm an understanding person, and I get it if business is not good right now, but there's a right and wrong way to speak to people. In my opinion, she is not very good with customer service.

She buys things for the kids all of the time. Recently, she found a dresser here for my Grands nursery. She told my kid about it and kid came to check it out and it was gone. Kid found it at another place like this in Collierville for like $250 more than it was here. The exact same one! Crazy thing is.... They bought it!
