From the moment I walked in, it was clear there was no pride in ownership or attention to detail. The place looked neglected -- trash near the entrance, clutter behind the counter, and an overall feeling that basic upkeep just isn't a priority. First impressions matter, and this one immediately set the tone. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff came across as annoyed that customers were even there. Simple questions were met with short, dismissive answers, and there was no attempt to be welcoming or helpful. I understand everyone has bad days, but professionalism shouldn't disappear completely. The interaction felt rushed and borderline rude, and at no point did anyone seem interested in solving problems or making the experience better. It honestly felt like customer service was viewed as an inconvenience rather than part of the job. There are plenty of businesses that take pride in what they do and treat customers with respect -- unfortunately, this wasn't one of them. Called Vlad's and they sent two guys that were real professional's. They showed me that company that put it in for home depot years ago did not do it right. They put new water barrier strips in, adjusted door and it was perfect. Can't thank Vlad enough for sending them out. besides all that what it cost was very reasonable.
