Life jackets are provided with the boat, however, which is nice in comparison to other marinas where you have to rent them. All I all, we had a great experience and hope to rent from them again in the future.

Was told repeatedly, it hasn't come in yet, it was ordered - we're at the mercy of the manufacturer, you're at the top of the list, they're showing up everyday now, etc. Two weeks ago I called for an update and spoke with Gina the assistant sales manager. Gina put me on hold, and came back moments later to break the news to me, they never ordered my unit. The salesperson should have told me that months ago - this apparently wasn't breaking news. She felt terrible- I believed her. Gina refunded my money the next day, and assured me an owner would call me the following Monday - two days later. Wait for it, they never called, and haven't called. All I wanted was an explanation. Since then, I've purchased something else. Supply chain issues are a real issue - I get it. But have the decency to shoot your clients straight. If you made a mistake - own it. Mistakes happen - it's OK. It feels good to acknowledge and own up to mistakes.

I've been taking my 2 Sea Doo Sparks to Central Crossing for the last 5 years just to winterize…read morebefore storing for the winter. It's a very basic job so have always been happy with their results. 2 years ago, their labor price was $90/ hour. Last year, it was $110/ hour. Now this year, it has jumped all the way up to $150/hour. My invoice just 2 years ago was $131.36. I picked them up this year to find the charge $267.46. They explained to me that it was the new labor price and the increase in shop supplies, just antifreeze and fuel stabilizer, as to the drastic increase. I get that inflation has affected us all, but they've more than doubled their price in just 2 years? I understand that since Covid we live in a different world in supplies and labor, but this huge increase is a definite example of price gouging and taking advantage of the situation in screwing their loyal customers. I definitely will not be back for a 6th year and recommend anyone who is on some sort of budget to go elsewhere where you can get the job done for a fraction of what they overcharge. Installed a metal oil pan and oil and told them it was "good to go". They stressed they had an 8-hour drive to Indiana and asked for them to do a 2nd driving test. They said it was "good to go". Pick up the car, get 30 minutes down the road and car breaks down leaking oil again. Take it to a place in Springfield, MO and they find there is a leak from the oil separator/PCV. Real through job by Branson Tire to just assume it was a plastic oil pan and not inspect anything further up the system. If you are traveling through Branson and have problems, don't count on this place, they know you are out of towners and just do enough to get you on your way and fatten their wallets.
