So took it home changed my oil and filter then rode it run exactly the same nothing changed still won't go over 30mph $820 out of pocket! So I give him a chance to make it right nope basically said he's done couldn't figure it out gave up! If they had done it right the first time, or fixed their mistake I would keep coming back, but I don't feel I should pay twice for the same repair.
