We were shopping all over for an ATV and even looking as far as Texas to have it shipped to us. Getting a used one was a gamble but I just happen to see an advertisement Jeremy put up on Facebook marketplace for some new ones they had on hand and I decided to message him. He responded quickly and was professional and very helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered an ATV from him and he made sure it was delivered on time before Christmas. The process couldn't be more seamless and stress free. He was very impressive with his service and we then wanted to buy a dirt bike. Sure enough, he knew his stuff and asked all the important questions to make sure we got exactly what we needed and wanted. Again, he pulled it off and got it delivered BEFORE Christmas! I'm so glad we did business with this shop. We bought a couple other off road vehicles from a shop in a near by city here in Sonoma County previously and I just didn't like that place. It just felt off. Jeremy is a great guy and won't upsell on anything you don't need. He's very honest and cares about his customers and that goes a long way. We, as a small business owner, truly appreciate and respect that type of work ethic and attention to detail in what you do. Now I want something else for our property and he's been extremely helpful in trying to accomplish that. His prices are very reasonable and he will get you exactly what you're asking for. A great buying experience. I had been shopping around for a pit bike from Eugene to Medford for awhile. I had seen everything from a craigslist bike hemorrhage gas from the caulked-on carburetor, to dealerships selling super bikes for out-of-ballpark sticker prices. Mostly, though, the market was scarce, at least until someone referred me to Country ATV & Cycle. Here, I found several 70-110cc pit bikes for seriously competitive prices, and a staff dedicated to making sure my bike was ready to ride out the door. I must have asked Jeremy a hundred questions about the bikes, and he answered all of them. The customer service is unparalleled in this market space. For a casual inexperienced rider like myself, this pays its value a few times over. If I were to purchase a bike online, I would be left paying a large pre-build cost, or spend a few days building it myself making mechanic mistakes. Still though, Country ATV & Cycle beat all those prices and sent me out the door with a finely tuned machine. So, you're getting better service for a lower price. That's as good as it gets. Also, just walking into this place is like being in a museum of motor vehicles, with mechanic components and active projects arranged in aisles, plus a garage full of bikes and ATVs of all sizes and power for sale. I'm super stoked about my new bike, and have already recommended Country ATV & Cycle to my neighbor who is also in the market. Definitely check this place out. read more

Our business started in 1977 when Eugene and Tom, father and son, started up the auto repair and auto salvage business - Blackwell Auto Wrecking. With Tom's love of ATVs and other recreational vehicles, when affordable powersports became available in the early 2000's, started up the powersports side of the business - Country ATV & Cycle. We incorporated in 2013 - Blackwell Auto Wrecking LLC.

After calling around a bunch of places, Specialized Powersports offered the lowest price to replace the tire. After getting the new tire shipped in, I called them on the day of, brought the tire and my bike in, and they had it done within an hour. They even oiled the chain for me! They were incredibly nice. Though, did use some sarcastic humor to keep things light. But 10/10, I will come back to them again.

Unfortunately, we don't have much of a selection of motorcycle service shops here in the Rogue Valley, so I took my chances. I had asked Justin at Specialized Powersports to please diagnose the problem on my dirt bike, and to call me with any updates. I had assumed that the float was stuck in the carburetor. Justin and I had agreed upon $100 dollars to diagnosis the issue, and that if it was something small, he would just fix it for the $100 dollars. Anything more than that, he would call me to see what I wanted to do. Two weeks go by with no word. I had left a voicemail asking for an update the week prior, which was never returned. I decided to go down to the shop in person to see if there were any updates. When I arrived, I had immediately noticed that my dirt bike had some brand new parts on it that I never agreed to. I asked Justin what the updates were, and asked if he had replaced anything on the bike. I also reminded him of our agreement of the $100 dollar diagnostic fee, and that he would contact me before charging any extra or replace anything. Justin seemed surprised that I had not been contacted since originally dropping the bike off, two weeks prior. He proceeded to tell me that the bike runs great now, after having replaced the carburetor, fuel lines, fuel filter, re-jetting the carburetor, and that we were just waiting on a new air filter before it would be ready. I personally, had just rebuilt the carburetor myself, along with replacing the air filter and a handful of other things that Justin knew about, before bringing the bike into the shop. I knew that he was trying to take advantage of me. Justin told me that "I wasn't in repairs very much. Under $300 bucks for sure." I was livid. I told him to immediately cease any further work, I did not want the air filter, and that I would pay him for the work that he did, but I'm taking the bike. It seems to me, that Justin was unable to track down the problem, so he either threw a bunch of new parts on the bike 'hoping' to fix it, or he is just another dishonest mechanic, trying to up-sale the customer as much as possible. I will never go back, and I highly suggest the same. I'd rather make the drive to a more reputable and honest shop. I'm surprised this place is still in business, with the way they operate.

I took my vehicle to them in January 2022 for repair of several issues. The vehicle sat for (4) months waiting for one part that was unavailable through Polaris due to back order (I understand this issue). What I did not know was there were aftermarket parts available to fix the issue. The mechanic did not offer this solution until April, so I was without my vehicle for the entire time. When I finally picked the vehicle up after all the repairs were reported to be addressed, there were issues with the quality of some of their repairs in addition to some other mechanical issues I asked them to check that they said were fine, but actually needed repair. They charged me thousands and I had to spend several days and more money to fixed all the issues myself; now the vehicle is as it should be. I addressed these issues with the service desk and they were receptive to the problem but I am unaware of how they are dealing with it internally. The point to the story here is don't take your vehicles to them for repair, do it yourself or find a mechanic you trust and know.

UPDATE: I've been Atom-ized. I found a local who owns one, went for an Atom experience. There's actually more human space inside than a Lotus Elise or a Saleen S7. It's much easier to get in/out.
