This place is an absolute shitshow! They are so rude and don't know how to deal with people! I couldn't understand their instructions at all because of their accent mostly and also because they are so rude they won't bother to repeat themselves politely! The instructor was super rude to me and confused me so much! Didn't give the instructions properly and wasn't accommodating at all. I wouldn't doubt the other 1 star reviews. Before the place was open there was already tons of people inside. They are very strict and it's very hard to understand what they're saying because of their accent. They give no second chances and will fail you within minutes and there goes all of your money. You will need to pay the same fee is you want to go again. Their cars also have no backup cameras. read more

If zero stars was an option that's how I would rate this place I took my first road test here and when me and my mother first came in we felt so unwelcome, I tell them that I had a road test then they said somethings in there language, and the guy who was my examiner was acting funny for no reason at all and then tells us that we have to use their vehicle because of Covid with is bs if it was because of Covid why would they still charge for the vehicle fee, then we start the test and i get in vehicle that was rusty and dusty and on top of that it was small I'm 6'5 and the steering wheel was close to my knees, then we do the parallel parking I moved up only 3 times and the guy cursed me out then we drive on the road and he fails me for going threw a yellow light after he told me to. DO NOT GO HERE. Don't waste your time and money like i did. They took my money and failed me. He told me to go around the car while the light was yellow and said i ran a red light. Up until them i was passing. They aren't licensed (very shady, doesn't have a corporate number, speak broken english) They used their home cars, he had a car seat in the back of the car during my test. The front desk ladies were nice. the guy that gave the test seemed impatient. the car was small, old, and sound falling apart on the inside. we drove to an offsite location, and on the way there he was driving at least 10-15 miles over the speed limit, went through a stop sign, whipping the car to the left and to the right and almost hit someone in the street. on the way back, still driving over the speed limit, still acting impatient and then almost hit another car. I think I failed my test because i was nervous of how he was driving. I was recommended to the place by the driving school i attended. I am definitely going to call the school and advise them to not recommend this road test company to anyone else. read more

This driving road test place advertised false information. Their website does not state you have to use their vehicle. It's says you can use your own vehicle. But once you get there they say you have to use their vehicle due to covid. Their vehicle was not clean. The vehicle was a 1999. The vehicle was full of trash and debris and that's supposed to be covid safe? Having a vehicle with boxes is very dangerous due to getting in a car accident the boxes can shift and move and hurt or even kill you. less people that have been in my 2020 model vehicle then their vehicle. Heck you can possible get covid in that vehicle due to the uncleanliness. The brake and gas pedals were low. My child did not feel safe in the vehicle because she had to push pedals all the way to the floor to make the car stop and go. Then the instructor took my child to the gas station. This man did not have my permission to take my child nowhere other than to take her road test. How unprofessional. She had an appointment the vehicle should had been gassed up. She had to adjust the side view mirrors by rolling down the window and using her hand. Being able to drive any type of vehicle comes with experience but in my 30 plus years of driving I have never had to drive a vehicle in such poor condition. The vehicle did not have heat. She was cold. I would leave zero stars if I could. I would not recommend this place at all. I had to pay an extra twenty dollars for my child to use their nasty car. I saw newer cars in front of the business I didn't know they were using the 1999 until I paid the fee. read more

It's a small cramped office looking space. The driver I had was nice and tried talking to me, I guess to calm me down (didn't work). All the staff was nice, though. They drive you to a different parking lot, then after they tell you how far to go on each parking set. Walk ins and appointments are accepted and they take cash and card($3 fee). They offer a $5 off coupon on the website, be sure to print it off. read more

Horrible! Rude and unprofessional! Rescheduled my appointment the day of for 7 hours later and was very rude when I arrived. Office people and the actual instructor was rude, gave very indirect instructions and failed me for something that wasn't fail worthy. Cars they provide are not in good condition and hard to work with. Instructor very passive aggressive with not only me but my guardian i brought with. Do not recommend, not a good experience for a new driver which can be very discouraging and questions your abilities when in reality they just are unprofessional and don't want to be doing their job! read more

I don't like to give at least single star. People who work in the office are fine, but in here I have to point out one examiner Junaid as I remember his name, I took exam with him two times unfortunately, he is really irrational examiner. Both times he failed me for no reason, he seems to finish the test so quickly and go home soon . First time he said that I didn't looked at the pedestrians when I made a right turn(they were not to cross the road) and second time he said that I was too close to the yellow line when I make the left turn( In here, before he take me to the test route, asked to make a left turn that is literally to the road where the specialized test office located) I wonder how he know that I am fail the exam in advanced. He has already decide not to proceed the test route. How come this is so ridiculous. Plus his behavior is so weird, he kept murmuring something all his time in the car. I think this is a business, they keep failing student drivers for no reasons. I don't recommend this place. read more

"I read so many reviews and I decided to go anyway, and I'm glad I did. Benny (one of the instructors) knew I was nervous and told me to simply listen to the instructions and I would be fine. Then there was Shildalin (my instructor) he was PHENOMENAL!!!. We laughed and talked the entire test and before you knew it the test was over and I passed w/flying colors. Total RIP off. After enrolling for on road driving session of 5 hours, of which multiple people were taught together. I was made to apply for the tests twice. Advice to management: I am not paying for 5 hours and sharing the same time with other people. read more

Very nice, easy going people who understand how scary a driving test can be. They were very social. Gave a couple of chances for parallel parking and calmly told my son where to go for road test and to ask any ?s he had. Gave great driving advice at the end and handed him his certificate.
