If you call, you won't get an answer you will get a voice recording/voice mail. They NEVER call you back! You will NEVER hear a human voice! If you send a text there is a 1% chance you will get a response, what you will get is a auto text!!! You cannot schedule drive times because no one answers the phone, no one responds to the text messages and the schedule drive online has NO AVAILABLE time slots!!! So what are we doing here... and if your lucky to get that 1% chance in a reply from A TEXT you are still not guaranteed a drive. After calling and texting for over a month I finally got a reply said there was a instructor available for a drive on Saturday morning.... Said she would get back to me with a time... NOTHING! No call, no text, no time for a drive!!!! This is the worst company you can go to for your child! My child is disappointed, I am livid. This was a waste of time and money!!!! The instructor then proceeded--despite the instruction to accelerate--to tell me to slow down. The instructor herself is very misleading, and not in the moment. She was emotionally devoid to a point of social sequestration. Furthermore, she also was quite irresponsible. She doesn't care about the wellbeing of her customers, and even went on to disrespect both me and my mother by managing problems with her other customers during our paid time. Where more irresponsibility took manifestation on her behalf was when she was very obscure about where to meet. When asking questions--because inevitably every customer would have to--she would indirectly refuse to answer. Ultimately, the customer is left in a state of obscurity just as the instructor.

He was condescending, rude and unprofessional with me and my child. He had lots of grey hair, he was around retirement age. With the way he treated us, he should be retired and away from young kids trying to get their license! At this business, they make the first time drivers (many of the minis 15 or 16 years old, mind you) start with parallel parking. The student gets one try. If they aren't lined up directly in a straight line with the cones, you have to pay one more and book another appointment. Kids aren't given a second try or any "suggestions" on what they can improve on before the second attempt. I think that is quite fraudulent, especially with the condescending tone and word choice this old man had with my child and I. Perhaps we got stuck with an older gentleman while everyone else; who gave this place 5 stars; must have a pleasant adult observer. Too bad we didn't get that. Especially knowing these kids are first time drivers, you would think they would receive some patience and not an intimidating and rude experience from a business.
