Plan to spend a lot of time just trying to schedule the drive time. They routinely accept many…read moremore students in the online class than they can accommodate with drive time to complete the course. They blame their own inability to manage this on the "independent"drivers they hire. They differ the number of drive times available to the drivers and do not accept responsibility. The drive time reservation system is like buying front row tickets to a concert when the start sale time is secret. No ability for a student to input their own schedule auto select when time becomes available no communication on when drive times will get posted. Cancel all your plans, login 10 times a day and you can be in the part of the class that passes. They have drivers in nearby areas but students cannot access them. If you call and ask them they may help, even though they discourage you calling to ask about drive time. Mismanaged by design. Ask them their pass fail rate? They don't track it (by design), they only track revenue.

Richard works at the office on 13206 McNichols, he handles all the paperwork to get you signed up and put you on the schedule. He also teaches the driving segments for the highschool people, and has a transportation company to help get kids to and from the academy. Very positive, and professional young man. If you call, you won't get an answer you will get a voice recording/voice mail. They NEVER call you back! You will NEVER hear a human voice! If you send a text there is a 1% chance you will get a response, what you will get is a auto text!!! You cannot schedule drive times because no one answers the phone, no one responds to the text messages and the schedule drive online has NO AVAILABLE time slots!!! So what are we doing here... and if your lucky to get that 1% chance in a reply from A TEXT you are still not guaranteed a drive. After calling and texting for over a month I finally got a reply said there was a instructor available for a drive on Saturday morning.... Said she would get back to me with a time... NOTHING! No call, no text, no time for a drive!!!! This is the worst company you can go to for your child! My child is disappointed, I am livid. This was a waste of time and money!!!! The instructor then proceeded--despite the instruction to accelerate--to tell me to slow down. The instructor herself is very misleading, and not in the moment. She was emotionally devoid to a point of social sequestration. Furthermore, she also was quite irresponsible. She doesn't care about the wellbeing of her customers, and even went on to disrespect both me and my mother by managing problems with her other customers during our paid time. Where more irresponsibility took manifestation on her behalf was when she was very obscure about where to meet. When asking questions--because inevitably every customer would have to--she would indirectly refuse to answer. Ultimately, the customer is left in a state of obscurity just as the instructor.
