Dont Go here at any cost, if you think you have to, avoid it just go to another testing place, Dan will fail you, he is a bad driver and a rude person. 0 stars if I could, if you for some dumb reason go here and get Dan just quit the road test to same time. He will fail you for no reason, awful awful awful place. Oh and I asked the speed limit one time because there was construction and dude got mad at me. Dan sucks and looking at other reviews he has a history of sucking, so just avoid this place don't go here at all. Unless you call Keith and do it with him because he seems nice in the reviews, but Dan ahhahah he's a kid and is rude, doesn't help the stress of taking a drivers test, and makes it worse by putting his hand on the dashboard like what, so rude. Seems like most the reviews are outdated

This of course translates into no increased insurance premiums for their mistakes (at least this time). Yahoo!!! Because I was traveling I was only able to communicate by text and she was professional and very thorough even though it was awkward. Showed up and met her in person and I must say that she was super nice for it being 6:45 am on Sunday morning. She let us know that we would be testing with her dad, Keith. No problem as I read the other reviews and felt we were in good hands. To my horror the gas light came on while we were waiting. I told Keith and he said they could stop and put in $5.00 with, just in case. Super nice and a great experience for my son to practice filling the car. Over the top customer service and accommodation for my ding bat mistake. I did not go with them on the test as I am a phantom break pedal stomper and make my son nervous. He reported that Keith was very patient and put him as much at ease as he could be. He said he was not gruff, grumpy,or bossy but offered helpful suggestions in a teaching way, not just barking out directions or criticism. As I was waiting at the school I observed Jennifer also being very supportive and excited for the people that were testing with her. I wish I had researched driving school companies more for his level 1 & 2 classes. I feel like these two would have made it a positive experience and it would not have taken over a year for my son to get the confidence to take the road test. If you have a nervous driver or somebody that tests badly I really think you will do well with Keith and Jennifer!

We used Alert Driving School for my daughter's drivers test. We knew families that had used this…read moretesting service and had good experiences with Keith and Andy as instructors. The person performing the test for my daughter was Dan (a Teenager which was a bit surprising) and was very unclear with his instructions to her.(and later to me.) The directions he gave to her and later myself in regard to how often you are allowed to readjust position during the parking portion were incredibly confusing and also misleading. He said several times that "the driver is allowed to pull forward as many times as they want, to readjust." And it wasn't until the third time he was explaining that I stopped and said you keep saying it's allowed, then why did she get points? He said "Oh you're allowed but you get points every time you do it." So he told her she was allowed to adjust as much as she wanted but did not make it clear she would be marked for each time. He also told her several times she could ask any questions she wanted and as many questions as she wanted but then said in response to her questions "The State doesn't allow me to answer that question."

My son started coming here when he was 6 months old and is now in elementary school. He loves going back to the school age room during breaks to see his old teachers and friends. In fact, he ALWAYS begs me to attend extra days! My daughter is two and loves coming here. The teachers take great care of the kids. I drop my children off knowing that they are in wonderful care. The Owner, Kim and Director, April are very helpful, involved and always go above and beyond! The teachers are interactive and have great activities planned for the kids. The playground and gym have fun toys that the kids enjoy! My kids enjoy all the meals and snacks that are served. The whole facility is kept exceptionally clean. If you are looking for a daycare to take excellent care of your kids, I would suggest checking out Shelby University! :)

The teachers are all amazing, the activities/interaction are exactly what the kids want and need, the menus are perfect and it's being ran by the exact people you'd want running a business that has the children and their parents put first. Any negative reviews on this place just seem confusing to me. Makes me think that the people leaving them are the same ones who will never be able to be pleased regardless of any scenario. We're keeping our kids in this place as long as we can. I feel like it's the right place for them and feel that the negative reviews on this place should be overlooked. Bad news travels faster than good news which is wrong on many levels in the world on the internet we're in. The good people of Shelby University should not be judged off 2 "Karen's".

My friend and I decided to go with 24 x 24 selection which gives you a 3hr class time and you have a little extra additional time if you go over. You get to select your own image - if its TOO DETAILED then he'll let you know. Currently he request the image 24hrs before the class - you'll notify you through email and text. Please note - you won't be able to take piece home until after two days but he'll reach out when its ready because he needs to put the finishing touching/sealing the rug with glue. There are a variety of colors available - you even have the option of playing your own music but we declined and asked him to put on some music which we vibe too. As of right now - the max amount of people are 6 but i think special requests for highly numbers in the future - if you don't know then just reach out. I'm already trying to see how i can get my job to approve a corporate class which he informed me that there's an option for a pop-up session. At the end of the day - DO THE THINGS; TRY SOMETHING NEW.
